First of all, this took way too long to arrive. Second, it's definitely not the real deal. The info on the back doesn't match up with what's on an actual Sothys product. I've bought from a licensed esthetician before and compared the labels, and what you sent me is fake.

I bought something, then decided I didn't want it anymore and canceled before it shipped. They sent it anyway. My total was $52. I had to pay $8 to ship it back and then they tacked on an $8 restock charge. That's ridiculous because most companies cover return shipping, which should be part of their job. I shouldn't have to pay them $8 to do what they're supposed to do anyway. Not shopping here again.

This is a scam outfit. They show pictures of huge, beautiful plant products but send garbage instead. It taught me a hard lesson about trusting random online stores. They advertise one thing and ship you basically a few plastic strings instead of an actual fern plant. Don't shop anywhere online unless you really know they're legit. I specifically ordered from your site and you know it. Plenty of other customers have had the same problem. The only place to point fingers is your own company. You might want to look into who's actually running your store because they're clearly making money hand over fist while hiding behind your name.

I ordered a couple of ferns and what showed up were cheap plastic ones you'd find at a discount store. They looked nothing like the pictures on the website and definitely weren't worth the money I spent. Don't fall for the hype.

The customer support is terrible, the items aren't that great, and the way they run things needs serious work. Find a different store and spare yourself the frustration.
