Ordered an Obagi moisturizer and broke out in hives immediately. The official Obagi company will accept returns within 30 days for any reason, even if opened, because they understand you need to try something to know if you're allergic to it. This company refuses to take back opened products. That makes zero sense when allergic reactions are a real concern.
Giving 5 stars because they actually refunded my money when I asked. Ordered two Obagi items then got nervous reading terrible reviews about this place online. Should have looked into this place before ordering. The deals seemed suspiciously cheap. I got an Obagi professional C serum that showed up completely dark amber colored. The stuff was totally oxidized. When I checked the batch number, it was made way back in 2022. It's 2025 now. Do not buy from here! They run a very sketchy business.

Steer clear of this company at all costs! In early December I bought two Obagi items for just under £100. Two months later, still nothing even though they claim it shipped right away. I followed up twice and got responses saying there were shipping delays and to contact the delivery company. When I did that, they said they hadn't received it yet and told me to go back to the seller. I asked for a refund or new shipment and suddenly they stopped responding. Pretty clearly a scam operation based on all the other reviews out there. Lucky for me I used a credit card so I filed a chargeback with my bank and got my money back!

Got two bottles of SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic with 15% L-Ascorbic Acid. One was a gift and I opened the other. It was already brown when I opened it. Customer service basically said tough luck since it's been opened, they won't take returns. But how am I supposed to know it's already oxidized without opening the box? Terrible experience.
