Disgusting experience. They promised delivery and sent email confirmations about where it was going, but my order never showed up. Customer support is nonexistent. It's been two months without a single response to multiple emails, and you can't actually reach anyone by phone. I thought they were legit. Turns out it's a complete scam.

Fair warning: do not give your money to this company. I've personally experienced their dishonest practices. They're peddling knockoff skincare items, and a lot of them are past their expiration dates. This is both dangerous and completely unacceptable.

Ordered an Obagi moisturizer and broke out in hives immediately. The official Obagi company will accept returns within 30 days for any reason, even if opened, because they understand you need to try something to know if you're allergic to it. This company refuses to take back opened products. That makes zero sense when allergic reactions are a real concern.

Giving 5 stars because they actually refunded my money when I asked. Ordered two Obagi items then got nervous reading terrible reviews about this place online. I quickly emailed them to cancel before it shipped and got a confirmation within a day saying it was canceled with a refund processed within a couple days. I'll admit I made up an excuse about adding more stuff to a new order because I was scared of getting ghosted, so who knows if they'd have been as helpful if I'd been honest. Props to them for the refund, but honestly after reading about all the awful situations other customers faced, I wouldn't risk ordering from them again.

Wish I'd checked out reviews first before throwing away over $300! This company has basically no customer service whatsoever. They won't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds whether you're unhappy or have an allergic reaction. I got NeoCutis products that honestly aren't any better than stuff from the drugstore. Just avoid this place. Don't waste your money, time, or energy. Really bad experience.

Frustrated with myself for not checking this company out first. The sample products seemed fine, but when I bought the full size items, I had an adverse reaction. I contacted them to ask about it and they just told me to stop using the products. When I followed up asking about returns or exchanges, complete silence. I'm out a lot of cash and being ignored is incredibly aggravating. Skip this company entirely!

Should have looked into this place before ordering. The deals seemed suspiciously cheap. I got an Obagi professional C serum that showed up completely dark amber colored. The stuff was totally oxidized. When I checked the batch number, it was made way back in 2022. It's 2025 now. Do not buy from here! They run a very sketchy business.
