Promo Code Not Working? Try This

  • The code may have expired or may be limited to specific locations; check the offer details and your nearest Sky Zone location eligibility.
  • Some codes apply only to certain products like memberships or party packages rather than general admission; verify the code restrictions match what you are purchasing.
  • Verify that you entered the code exactly as shown, including capital letters and numbers, since codes are case sensitive in most systems.
  • Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try entering the code again, as stored data sometimes interferes with promotional code application.
  • If the code still does not work, contact Sky Zone customer service directly with the code and offer details to confirm validity.
  • Some offers may require you to book or purchase through a specific link rather than entering a code manually at checkout.

Sky Zone Savings Hacks

Purchase memberships during promotional periods

Membership subscriptions often have better discount rates than single visit passes. Watch RetailCoupons.com regularly and check back often, since Sky Zone rotates membership promotions through its affiliate programs.

Bundle birthday parties with group rates

Birthday party packages sometimes offer better per-person value than individual admissions when multiple children attend. Ask about group discounts for larger celebrations.

Sign up for location specific deals

Individual Sky Zone locations may offer email or text promotions not available sitewide. Check your local facility's website or ask staff about location specific coupon offers.

Visit during off peak hours

Some discount codes or membership tiers include access to specific time slots; off peak hours like weekday mornings often have reduced rates or additional savings.

Sky Zone Shipping Policy

Sky Zone does not offer shipped products in the traditional sense, as it primarily sells admission passes, memberships, and services accessed at physical trampoline park locations. Promo codes and passes are typically delivered via email after purchase or made available immediately for digital redemption at the park.

Sky Zone Returns & Refund Policy

Return and refund policies for Sky Zone memberships and passes depend on the specific product purchased and the terms of the promotion applied. Shoppers should review the cancellation and refund policy on skyzone.com or contact their local Sky Zone facility directly, as policies may vary by location and offer type.

Sky Zone receives highly polarized feedback, with shoppers either praising the venue or reporting significant frustrations. Positive reviewers highlight that children enjoy themselves and note staff friendliness and helpfulness during good experiences. However, negative reviews dominate, with complaints centering on inconsistent management practices, with some reporting stern or confrontational staff behavior; cancellations with short notice affecting birthday parties; safety concerns related to injuries at the facility; and guests reporting illness after visits.

The venue appears to suffer from operational inconsistency, where some visits result in positive family experiences while others involve staff conflicts or logistical failures. The split between five-star and one-star ratings suggests the quality of experience depends heavily on which manager is present and when the visit occurs, making the facility unpredictable for customers planning group events or regular visits.

The party was going okay until the manager, Tristan, showed up and made everything miserable. He came out of nowhere yelling at my kids for being in an area that other staff members had actually let them play in. He claimed the section wasn't monitored, even though I could see employees standing around doing nothing. The place says kids six and under need supervision, and I was watching mine the whole time. Tristan, who claimed he's an 18-year-old manager, was incredibly rude and arrogant about the whole thing. An 18-year-old clearly doesn't have the maturity to manage people. He was extremely unprofessional toward both kids and parents. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the whole staff comes across as unfriendly and stuck up.

Awful experience. My son got really sick after going.

Amazing place, I actually spotted LeBron James there.

I'm incredibly frustrated with how Sky Zone handled our situation. We booked a birthday party weeks ahead of time, but two days before the event, which happened to be my daughter's actual birthday, they called to say they had to cancel because of building permit delays. They offered to reschedule to a different time and location, plus promised a 20% discount. My heartbroken 8-year-old was devastated, so I agreed to consider it if I paid a $75 deposit and they'd call back in 24 hours. When I checked the contract later, there was no discount. The total was actually $107 more than quoted. I called back immediately and got a different representative who said they couldn't help and suggested I try reaching a regional manager. I did call the number they gave me but couldn't reach anyone. Still haven't heard back. Sky Zone completely ruined my daughter's birthday party.

Terrible place. Some kid had an accident on the trampoline, someone broke my arm, and the staff was really rude and mean about everything.

Susan M.May 26, 2025

I bring my grandchildren here regularly and they have the best time every single visit. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful.

Gregory N.May 11, 2025

Watch out. This place has questionable business tactics. They'll keep charging your credit card for memberships after you cancel, and they won't give refunds for unauthorized charges.

Perfect spot for keeping the kids entertained on a rainy day and hosting birthday celebrations. We've done a couple of birthday parties here and it works really well because there's enough room to invite the whole class and everyone has plenty of space to spread out.

Nathan F.Mar 22, 2025

Worst experience ever. The lines were incredibly long and why do I need a parent to buy a ticket? I'm 15 years old and perfectly capable of going to a trampoline park on my own.

Derek M.Oct 17, 2024

Not worth the money if your kid is older than 8. There's honestly not much to do there, and they only have one trampoline area. You have to use their socks or buy new ones, can't bring your own from another location. One section is basically just a bigger McDonald's playground. After a while, sliding down the same slides over and over gets old fast.

I went in before the holidays to pick up passes for my grandsons. Since we don't usually visit in summer, I asked about shorter membership options. They suggested a 3-month plan. I specifically asked if it would start from the first day we went, like our previous annual memberships did, and the guy confirmed it would. Come January, we started going but in late March they were turned away because their membership had already expired. I didn't push back at the time, but then I realized they were still charging my card monthly. When I told the owner what happened, he said it was a 3-month minimum and told me to cancel. He wouldn't refund the charges for April, May, and June even though we couldn't use it because he'd already told us it was finished in March. My grandsons had had yearly memberships for a couple years, and this was the first time we tried a different option. I was misled and the owner didn't care about making it right. I hope the profit from not refunding me was worth it. He probably cost himself a lot more money this year.

This business operates dishonestly. The staff isn't trained properly and the management is unprofessional with poor customer service and business practices. Really disappointing overall.

Lauren D.Oct 26, 2023

Had a really frustrating visit at Sky Zone last Thursday during the Little Leapers session from 9 to noon. I showed up at 10:37 with my two-year-old thinking I'd get the discount rate. They told me the deadline to qualify for the discount was 10:30, so I had to pay full price instead for the remaining hour and a half. It was really frustrating and the staff didn't handle my complaint very well.

The facility itself is a nice trampoline park, but the staff is the real problem. I visited for the first time recently and the front desk girls forgot to give my sons their socks when they left. Once another worker told us, we went back to the desk but there was only one employee checking people in while we waited. Eventually someone else showed up and handed over the socks. When we tried to grab food, nobody was working the counter. I saw customers standing around waiting while staff just chatted, and they eventually gave up and left. There doesn't appear to be any management overseeing things at all.

Kevin T.Jun 6, 2023

My son's birthday party turned into a nightmare. All the cards containing gift cards disappeared after staff brought the gifts down from the collection area by the front desk. We lost over $80 in gift cards that just vanished. None of the young staff members knew anything about it. This is not a safe place to celebrate your child's birthday. Don't leave anything of value with the staff because you might not see it again.
