Our stay at this property was absolutely terrible. We dealt with black mold issues and awful sewer odors whenever we used the water or bathrooms. The lower level was freezing cold and shouldn't even be included in the rental. The management wouldn't return calls despite still charging us full price for this disaster. We found dead insects scattered throughout, the heater sparked dangerously when we turned it on, the bathroom had rotting flooring, and there were serious structural problems like a support beam that isn't even connected to the foundation. That's just scratching the surface of everything that was wrong.
We rented a property in Pigeon Forge and had a really negative experience. Don't book with them because they tried to overcharge us after checkout. They claimed we damaged furniture and fixtures that we never touched and just charged our card over $2,000 out of nowhere with zero explanation.
