These pork chops are fantastic! We were so tired of the tough, flavorless, dry pork chops from supermarkets no matter what we did to them, whether we brined them or not, baked or grilled. I tried ordering the Porterhouse Pork Chops here and they're absolutely delicious. Juicy, tender, and they actually taste like real pork. We're definitely ordering again.

I was really looking forward to my first order. Picked up four Gold Ribeyes. They came out thin, tough to chew, and didn't taste as good as I hoped. I have a couple local butchers I use and their steaks are honestly better quality. Maybe I just got an unlucky batch, so possibly I'd give them another shot down the road.

Won't be ordering from them again. Their customer service is just not good. Orders get cancelled without any real explanation and there's nobody you can actually talk to that can help you out. The company acts like you should feel lucky to pay their premium prices. Good luck getting timely delivery or actual support on top of that.

Recently ordered two briskets for a fundraiser event we were hosting for a ballet school at our place. Unfortunately FedEx messed up the delivery, and even though the package was right there, they refused to let us get it or pick it up ourselves. With our event only days away, I reached out to the company. They stepped in immediately and sent two replacement briskets overnight at no extra cost. They handled a problem they didn't even create, and made sure we had everything we needed for the event. That kind of support definitely has me coming back.

Really disappointed with my Wagyu picanha order. When I opened the package, I was immediately let down by how the cuts were trimmed. Both steaks had way too much silver skin and large fat sections that I had to remove myself, basically doing the butcher's job. After all that prep work, the marbling was nowhere near what I was expecting. I can get better picanha at my local grocery store that only sells USDA Choice and Prime beef. I ordered from here because of all the hype, but honestly this was the worst online meat purchase I've ever made.

I ordered four six ounce gold Wagyu filets and the marbling was really not that impressive, nothing like their photos show. Even worse was how inconsistent the cuts were. Two of them were thin on one side and thick on the other, which makes it basically impossible to grill or pan sear without burning the thin part or leaving the thick part underdone. The company reached out to me and refunded the cost of the three filets I didn't eat. They really do stand behind their product. I'd recommend them.

Tried ordering from them after we had some excellent burgers at a restaurant that told us they source their meat from here. The prices are really high, but the quality I got didn't match what I paid. I've decided to stick with Costco and my local butcher.

Really upset about this purchase. I ordered two bone in filets at seventy five dollars each, and each one was a pound. The bone was over half a pound of that weight. It makes no sense that they didn't trim the bone down more. I've had this cut at restaurants where they trim the bone back to a half inch or three quarters of an inch. Just not happy with this company.

We've ordered lots of different meats from them and always enjoyed them. But we got a ham for Easter and it was awful. We followed their cooking instructions exactly and the meat had basically no flavor and was really dry. We've definitely had way better hams from the regular grocery store. Their beef is good, but I'd skip the other stuff.

We've been loyal customers for around five years after getting a gift certificate from a friend. The meat quality has consistently been excellent, and we've never had shipping or packaging problems. Our orders always arrive when expected. But recently, I bought a steak that turned out incredibly tough. I left a negative review hoping someone would reach out, but nobody did. So I contacted them directly explaining the steak wasn't up to their usual standard. They asked me to photograph the raw steak still in its packaging. I explained that wouldn't work since I had to open and cook it to actually eat it, and I'd already discarded the tough portion. They responded saying I probably just cooked it wrong and should've made it more well done instead of rare. After spending several thousand dollars with them over the years and recommending them to friends, this response was really let down by their customer service.

When my steaks showed up thawed, I called and they took care of it right away with a full refund and no hassle. The quality of their products has always been top notch.

The sockeye salmon here is literally the same product sold in those big bags at Whole Foods. The packaging looks identical except they're marketing it as premium seafood when it clearly isn't.

Shipments always arrive when they're supposed to. Quality stays consistent every single time. When it comes to filet mignon, this is my only choice because my daughter is really picky about her beef.

No complaints about delivery times at all. The meat quality never changes, always great. This is where I go for filet mignon because my kid is pretty particular about beef.

Ordered before the holidays as a present for my son. Throughout the ordering process it said delivery was guaranteed by Friday so I could drive seven hours to see him. This was my second order with them and the first time they didn't deliver on schedule either, but this time it actually mattered. Because of the late delivery, I didn't get as much time with my son if I wanted to bring the steaks. One of the steaks seemed fresh, but the other clearly came from a different cow and was already three or four days old based on the color. The steaks tasted good for American Wagyu, nowhere close to Japanese A5 quality but definitely better than store bought. The problem is one was aged way different than the other so they cooked completely differently. If they ever get timely delivery working, maybe I'd try again, but this experience won't get another order from me.
