Complete rip-off. Never received the order and never saw my refund either. Avoid this company at all costs.

All the bad reviews made me regret my purchase, but I hung in there and it showed up today. Everything is perfect and I'm really satisfied! Ordered on March 24th and got it on April 8th, which is pretty quick for international shipping to the UK. Minus one star because their shipping updates could be better, but I'll buy from them again and hope my next order goes just as smooth!

This is my third complaint and I still haven't gotten my refund. I ordered on February 1st and the package never arrived. The postal service confirmed on March 7th that it was returned to sender, yet my money still hasn't been returned. Customer support has been absolutely useless. I've been going back and forth with them for over a month and keep getting the same template response about waiting for the item to reach their warehouse. But the Post Office already told me it was sent back! This is infuriating and unprofessional. I don't have my items, they know this, but they won't refund me. The customer service here is horrible. Three complaints now and the same recycled message each time. I've already emailed multiple times with no real help. Just sending me the same old response instead of fixing the actual problem is completely unhelpful.

I seriously wonder if this company actually sends orders or if they just take money and stall until you give up. I've asked for a full cancellation and refund and expect that to be just as rough.
