Been a regular customer here for years, but my most recent order got delivered to the wrong address. When I reached out about it, they completely refused to help me out. Losing a loyal customer over $50 seems like a bad call to me, especially since I'd been recommending them to people in my swim class all the time. Really disappointed.

Bought a swimsuit and took the time to measure myself carefully, then matched it against their size chart on the website. The suit ended up being way too tight. I wanted to return it and looked at their policy again, which showed a $6.95 return shipping fee. But then they hit me with two charges: one for return shipping and another $6.95 for what they call 'processing' or 'label fees.' They pushed back initially on accepting that the sizing was wrong, and then charged me for both things. This really feels like a scam to me. Don't count on their size measurements or the information on their site. The whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating.

Ordered a swimsuit quite a while back and still haven't gotten it. Really let down by how long this is taking.

My brand new bathing suit started sagging in the back after I swam in it three different times. When I contacted the company, all they said was sorry. Don't waste your money on their products, it's not worth it.

The swimsuits themselves are actually fantastic and really do resist chlorine damage. The real problem is their inventory situation. Popular sizes are pretty much always sold out. I've been tracking one particular suit for half a year now and my size is never available. On the bright side, they do handle returns and exchanges well.

Got a swimsuit from them and wore it maybe six times before small holes started showing up on the front. Sent them an email with a photo to show them the damage. My zipper broke after wearing it three times but it was past the 30-day mark, so they refused to exchange or fix it. I've already told my water exercise friends to shop elsewhere so they don't get taken advantage of.

I measured myself carefully before ordering, but this suit fits way larger than expected. Once I got in the water, I realized how bad the fit actually was, but by then I couldn't return it. The bra cups are oversized and the band kept rolling up on me. The straps are about three inches longer than they should be, which turned the high neckline into a scoop neck. Fortunately I can sew, so I'll be making some major adjustments to make it wearable.

Nobody answers the phone, and when I clicked on their link to exchange for a different size, it showed out of stock. That doesn't even make sense because they clearly have inventory. They're now saying I need to get a refund, use a gift card, and then buy the same suit at full price, paying $28 more on top of that when they're not even giving me a discount anymore. This is incompetent. Now I'm stuck without my Christmas gift, without my money, and without any actual answers from them. They obviously don't care.

Really let down by how they handle customer service. I'm only giving two stars because I've bought their swimsuits before and they were actually good, but the moment something goes wrong with your order, you're on your own because their support team is basically useless and slow to respond. When they finally do get back to you, it feels like they didn't even bother reading what you wrote. Wish I'd checked the reviews earlier so I could've just returned everything and asked for a refund as soon as the problem started.

Their customer service is basically nonexistent. I left six different messages asking for help and they never picked up the phone. Five emails went unanswered. Never got a single call back or response to any of my messages.

I've bought from this company in the past but something's changed. Their swimsuits now seem to be made with heavier material and they're really uncomfortable. And don't even get me started on their customer service, which basically doesn't exist. I had a question about returning something, so I emailed and left a voicemail but got no response from anyone. I'm done with Swim and Sweat. Won't be ordering from them anymore.

I ordered online and the suits showed up but didn't fit right. I tried to process an exchange online but couldn't get it to work, and the system kept saying my order number was invalid. I called multiple times to arrange a return and left messages but nobody called me back. On another call, I found out the mailbox was full and the system just hung up on me. Their return instructions said to use the order number, but that wouldn't work in the system. I had to call again and go through different menu options just to find out I needed to use a different number. I was so frustrated that I just paid the $6.95 handling fee to get the return processed.

I ordered a size 16 but received a size 6 instead. None of my emails or phone calls got any response from them. Their customer service is awful. I won't be shopping with them again.

I wish I could rate Swim & Sweat a zero! Ordered two swimsuits and got hit with a Canadian Customs fee around $40. Neither of them fit right, so I sent them back and paid another $40 in fees. I've tried emailing with no response and calling but the voicemail is always full. I want to know when I'm getting my refund. This has been going on since early May.
