ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had a really positive experience with Tags for Hope years back when I got a tag for my dog, so I decided to order from them again. Unfortunately, this time has been incredibly disappointing. When I relocated from Arizona to Oregon, I needed to order an updated Oregon tag. The website navigation was confusing and felt like a maze of unnecessary forms and confusing steps. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, but responses only came about once a week and weren't helpful. Every time they replied, they just told me to click something I'd already clicked and even showed them in images, and it still didn't work. After struggling for days, I finally got the website to cooperate and placed my order. When the confirmation came through right after I hit submit, I noticed the shipping address had been messed up due to voice-to-text turning the street name into something completely different. Plus, the billing address was showing my old Arizona location. The email said to reach out if anything was wrong, but at that point I was already frustrated with the entire experience.

Their customer service is bad, but their delivery situation is even worse. I ordered a leash and harness to ship to my workplace, and the carrier they use won't deliver to business parks during regular hours. I've spent countless hours on the phone with the delivery company trying to figure out a solution, just to hear that business deliveries aren't something they do. When I contacted customer support about this problem, they basically said it wasn't their concern after handing off to the carrier. I'm stuck with a hundred dollar purchase I can't get delivered. The simple fix would have been to reship it with a company that actually serves business locations, but apparently that's too much to ask. I've given them a second chance after a previous order went wrong, and this is the last time. Their approach seems to be that nobody's satisfied until the customer isn't either.
