To apply promo codes on the Taskrabbit app:

Begin booking your task.

Once you reach the "Review and confirm" page, click “Add code" to add your promo code.

Select "Confirm and chat" to finish booking your task.
To apply promo codes on the web:

Begin booking your task until you reach the "Confirm Details" page.

Under the payment details, click "Promo Code" to enter your code.
Keep in mind:

Promo codes only apply to a Tasker's hourly rate and not cover additional expenses or tips.

Applying a promo code doesn't affect your Tasker’s pay.

Only one promo code can be used for each task.

Each code can only be used one time per account.

TaskRabbit Cancellation Policy
To ensure the fair treatment for both Taskers and Clients, TaskRabbit offers Last Minute Cancellation Policy.
Clients can cancel a task at any time, but may face a cancellation fee if:

The task is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

The client is unavailable or unresponsive (a “No Show”) at the task time.

The Tasker also cannot have invoiced the client.
The task cannot have been canceled more than 30 days ago.
Same Day bookings canceled will also follow this rule.
No cancellation fee if:

Cancellation is due to an IKEA delivery delay or wrong IKEA task address

The task was canceled within 5 minutes of booking

The Tasker did not show up for the task
Fees will be charged to the client's payment method and vary by task type.
When clients cancel under these conditions, Taskers will receive the compensation equal to one hour’s pay or the minimum project price. Taskers with policy violations in the last 90 days might not get paid.
FAQs
1. Can I edit my task once it's Booked?
No. Task details can't be edited once a task is booked, so discuss any changes or clarification with your Tasker directly.
2. Can I tip my Tasker?
Absolutely. Once your Tasker submits their invoice, you can review and tip your Tasker. Tipping is only available for 24 hours since your task and you must review them first.
3. Can I use my credit card on more than one account?
No. At this time, a credit card can only be linked to one account at a time.
