My experience with Tatcha was really disappointing. I spent $350 on a birthday gift order with expedited shipping and fees, but it arrived late with only one small face cream inside. The other products never showed up. The package was sealed with no signs of damage, and the weight clearly showed it was incomplete. I sent customer support everything they asked for including photos, but instead of helping, they told me to get a refund from customs first before they'd do anything. That felt unreasonable, and when I pushed back they basically said to contact my bank. This isn't the service I expected from a brand like Tatcha. The whole situation left me frustrated and I hope they improve how they handle these kinds of problems.

This product is absolutely gorgeous! The way it applies and the results it gives leave my skin looking smooth and perfect.

I grabbed the rice wash and dewy skin cream and after using them for a month, my skin feels so hydrated and fresh! People keep complimenting how great my skin looks now.

Really poor customer service. They wouldn't accept the promotional code I had for a collectible keychain. I had to take a screenshot and send like five emails before they finally processed it for me. Their attitude was very rigid. My advice is to screenshot all your codes just in case you run into issues.

The dewy skin cream moisturizer from Tatcha completely changed my skin for the better. I can't imagine using anything else now because it makes my skin look and feel absolutely smooth and polished. It's a total game changer.

Deliveries take forever with this company - plan on waiting about three weeks. This happened twice for me and the second time they emailed apologizing and gave me a 25% discount code. Unfortunately the code never worked or expired without warning. It's disappointing because they're making things harder than they need to be and they've lost me as a customer.

After posting a negative review initially, Ashley from support reached out and made everything right. I'd ordered a damaged package and couldn't get through to anyone until I emailed her. She responded immediately and had my replacement sent out the next day. Really glad they fixed this.

What an incredible experience! I've tried so many of their products - the essence, watery cream, dewy serum, eye cream, cleansing oil, rice polish and primer - and they're all fantastic. The price is steep but genuinely worth it. The shipping was incredibly fast and well tracked. I also received four surprise items with my purchase, which was a nice touch. Totally impressed!

I placed an order for two moisturizers and a face wash but only got the moisturizers. When I called customer service to report the missing item, they asked for proof and seemed unwilling to help fix their mistake. This made me hesitant to shop with them again because I don't want to deal with that kind of hassle if something goes wrong.

Their silk powder is fantastic and I highly recommend giving it a try!

I'd definitely recommend trying the ritual set or starter kit to test the products out first.
