Returning customer :)

I was dubious to order from here before as they had quite a few bad reviews but I would say I have ordered 5/6 times in total over the last few years and have always received my items and always happy. Once they took a very long time to send and this was rectified and compensated.

I returned the item

I returned the item, but I have not received my refund for over two months. Despite contacting you several times, the issue has still not been resolved. This delay is unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled.Please provide a clear explanation and process my refund immediately.

Absolutely one of the worse customer…

Absolutely one of the worse customer service teams in the industry. The calls are taken by Americans at home! I had one who was having a party in the background, another who lied completely followed by another liar. Clearly the staff are cheap and untrained. Since they switched to UPS the delivery is even worse than normal. I will not use again or recommend them to anyone, infact in fact I will go out of my way to steer people away from this horrendous company. They clearly do not even review the customers feedback, which is why they are rated so low.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience with The Outnet. I paid for home delivery, but my parcel was sent to an unreliable collection point that was repeatedly closed during its stated opening hours. I wasted time and money trying to collect it, and customer service has been slow and unhelpful in resolving the issue or issuing a refund. I won’t be shopping with The Outnet, Net a Porter or any of their companies again.

OUTNET has lost any credibility

OUTNET has lost any credibility. The item I ordered was sent to me dirty. I requested an exchange which was only processed after 4 weeks and following concerns raised. The size sent in exchange was different to the one ordered. I had to return the item and request a refund as my size was no longer available. Despite my request for my money back they refunded by way of credit to the account which is completely unacceptable and bad customer service practice if not pathetic. I do not recommend ordering from the OUTNET.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Repeatedly sent emails over a 2 month period about some holes that appeared in my top which is terrible quality. No clear response, reply to emails with pictures and full details of order asking me to send pictures and order number, this happened 8 times. Item arrived late June, first email sent in October, the replied saying items on guaranteed for 6 months - well they clearly can’t add up because it was only 3 months since I ordered. Then asked for photos and order number which I sent, they then replied to my email asking for order number and photos again, this happened 8 times! After over 2 months they replied saying the holes were caused by natural wear and tear (seriously - I barely wore it and am still wearing tops from years ago). The only reason I have persevered is out of principle and because it is unacceptable that companies still make rubbish quality items when there is so much waste and landfill.Anyway the last reply is an offer of 10%!! The top only cost about £28!I have yet to receive an apology.Do not recommend buying from the Outnet.This was my first and last order.Never experienced anything like it.

Nevertheless I had overall good…

Nevertheless I had overall good experience during the years I must say that I received significantly unpleasant service during my last orders. I tried to return an item and it took me two months because they decided with no reason to treat it as an exchange and sent the same size that I marked as too small to me! I had to wait until this unasked deliver arrive in order to arrange another return. I do not discuss additional problems like the lack of return label inside the box and etc. Finally I still have no my money refunded because they decided against their own rules to refund the amount as an account credit, for what I have never asked! They still keep my money for 3 months totally, which is really unacceptable behavior. I suspect they have some financial problems and I really think to claim my money using legal ways...After sending another angry e-mail, I hope that finally I will receive my refund...

Customer Service Failed on a Simple Size Exchange

I have been a loyal customer of The Outnet for years, but this experience has completely changed my view of the company.I recently purchased a top from a brand that was new to me. I followed The Outnet’s sizing recommendation and ordered my usual size, as their size app explicitly advised. The item arrived significantly too small and clearly did not match the sizing guidance provided.When I checked, the same item was available in the next size up. I contacted customer service immediately to request a simple size exchange, not a refund. Despite this, my request was denied outright. I was told the item was “final sale” and that no exchanges of any kind were allowed.I tried to explain that the incorrect sizing was based on their own recommendation and that I was not asking for my money back — just an exchange for the correct size. The response was rigid and dismissive, with no attempt to offer a reasonable solution or acknowledge the misleading sizing advice.For a company that positions itself as a luxury outlet and relies on repeat customers, this feels like a rip-off rather than customer service. Policies that leave no room for common-sense resolutions, especially when the retailer’s own sizing guidance is involved, are unacceptable.This experience has seriously eroded my trust in The Outnet, and I will think twice before purchasing again — particularly from brands I haven’t tried befor
