Reservation Changes & Amendments
If your travel plans shift, you can amend your reservation. Changes for both "Pay Now" and "Pay Later" bookings are permitted up to one hour prior to your scheduled entry time.
However, be aware that any modification will prompt a re-calculation of the entire reservation cost using the rates currently effective on the day you make the change.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For bookings made using the "Pay Now" option, the reservation is considered a final sale. These prepaid reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. No points will be earned on a "Pay Now" reservation that results in a no-show or is ultimately canceled.
For "Pay Later" reservations, you may effectively cancel by modifying the date and time, as payment is not due until you exit the lot.
Overstay Policy
A parking day is defined as a 24-hour period that starts at the time you check in. If your stay goes beyond the time you reserved, the first 24 hours of the overstay will be charged at either the average daily rate of your original reservation or the current drive-up rate, whichever is lower. Any additional days beyond that initial 24-hour period will be charged at the lot’s standard drive-up rate.
