According to The RealReal’s return policy, you must request a return within 14 days of your purchase and send the item back within 21 days. Items returned after this time are not eligible for a refund, but they may be eligible for consignment.
Keep in mind that some items are not eligible for a return. This includes swimwear, beauty products, and items that were sold at a discount of 40% or more. Any item marked "As Is" or "final sale" is also not returnable.
For online returns, a $14.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you make an in-store return without also making a new purchase, there is a $6.95 restocking fee.
If you are returning art, furniture, or other oversized items, you must email customer service and you will be responsible for the return costs.
