This operation is a total rip-off! I sent in 30 items and they kept maybe 9. Out of those 9, only 4 actually sold. After they hit me with their $7.49 per item fee, I made zero dollars since the items didn't even fetch that much. This is a waste of your time and effort.

I had brand new items still tagged that they rejected as unsellable for recycling. When I asked about it, they claimed there were defects. Funny thing is, only the new stuff got rejected while used items went straight to sale at rock bottom prices.

The selling window was from mid-December to early January. Once that period ended, the rules apparently changed and suddenly I'm told I have to buy back anything that didn't sell. The original rules said I'd just have to cover shipping. Turns out most items, including a brand new two-piece suit, got sent to recycling with no option for me to retrieve them even though I was promised I could. Now I'm learning they split suit pieces apart and label them separately from different manufacturers even though the tags are still attached, and if each piece isn't worth at least $20, it automatically gets trashed. That's a total scam! I can't get 20 items back, just one item that I'd have to buy. My original shipping is gone, I've got three items still pending, and I might earn $3 total before fees get deducted. This whole operation seems like it's being run by someone from a donation center.

As someone based in Canada, my experience here has been nothing but positive! I even had a package go missing and their customer service was super responsive in getting me a refund right away. The photo quality could use some work, but the descriptions are spot on and really helpful.
