I've been a loyal customer at this spot for over 20 years, but today was absolutely the worst visit I've had. They're now charging $6 for self-parking when it used to be completely free. After we got our table, we were sitting there for almost 40 minutes without anyone bringing us drinks or bread. Our server never stopped by to see if we wanted anything. I asked for a manager and nobody showed up. That's it for me. I won't be coming back anymore.

I was really unhappy with how I was treated when I called to make a reservation at the Topanga Canyon location for a lunch party of 15 people. The person I spoke with was not helpful and came across as quite rude. She kept insisting everyone had to arrive exactly at noon, and she wouldn't budge even when I explained that some guests might be a little late because of parking and traveling from different locations. I've brought my business there several times in the past, but this time the lack of flexibility and understanding really bothered me. It's sad to be treated this way as someone who's been there before. I hope the restaurant pays attention to this and gets better at handling large group reservations.

Our visit to the Edison NJ location was truly exceptional. The team there is fantastic, and our server along with the manager really stood out. Our server was a joy to be around with an infectious positive attitude and answered every question we had with genuine warmth and care. He's absolutely wonderful. The manager clearly leads an outstanding group of employees. She's warm, attentive, and has a genuine love for helping people. It's clear both of them care deeply about their work. They're definitely valuable members of the Cheesecake Factory family. We're so grateful for a warm and wonderful lunch experience. And of course, the cheesecake options were absolutely amazing. We loved everything about it, especially the cheesecakes.

We had an amazing dining experience at the Edison NJ location. The entire staff was wonderful, but we especially have to mention our server and the manager on duty. Our server had such a bright personality and was always happy to answer our questions with genuine enthusiasm. He's truly special. The manager is clearly a great leader who runs a fantastic team. She's friendly and really pays attention to her customers with a warm demeanor. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy what they do. They're both wonderful assets to this place. Thanks for making our lunch so comfortable and enjoyable. The cheesecake selections were outstanding and we loved every bit of it.

The food tasted good, no complaints there. But the portions were ridiculously small for the price. We split a hamburger, and the fries came in this tiny cup that looked like it was meant for a small child. I ordered a drink that was basically a glass filled with ice, and after three sips it was already almost gone, for $20. My wife got a champagne split, but what they brought was an opened mini bottle of Moet, way smaller than a real split, for $24. So we're spending $65 just to share a burger with barely any fries. She wanted to leave 20% tip anyway. Every time we go out to eat now it costs us around $80 for food that doesn't even satisfy us. I'm sure the people running this company are doing just fine though. Please don't make me go back here again.

I bought a whole carrot cake from the Tacoma location on a Saturday in January. It's not a cheap item. We've purchased whole carrot cakes from this place many times before. The store said the cake on display was all they had left. I asked if it was fresh or if it had been sitting out for a while. They promised me it was still fresh. We had a big party the next day and everyone agreed the cake tasted dry and stale, like it had been at room temperature for days. It was so bad nobody could eat it, not even my spouse and I who normally love their carrot cake. We had to throw the whole thing away. The whole situation ruined our party and we lost two loyal customers that day.

Had a brunch reservation at the mall location yesterday at 12:15 with two other people. Two of us got completely different meals than what we ordered. We kept waiting for our food to come out, and when it finally arrived, the eggs benedict was absolutely terrible, even though we've had it there many times before. Why can't they just fix their mistakes right away? The young manager on duty made the whole situation even worse. I have never felt this let down by any restaurant in my life. Nobody even bothered to explain why they couldn't get our order right. Really disappointing!!!!

Five stars because honestly, I'm used to something being messed up at restaurants these days, and NOT TODAY. I went to the WA location for a late lunch and everything was spot on. The bread and butter were standard, but the appetizer, these crispy maple bacon brussels sprouts, was surprisingly delicious. I got the chicken with lemon sauce paired with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, and it was amazing. The chicken was perfectly crispy outside and so juicy inside, the lemon sauce was incredible. The garlic mashed potatoes had skin on them which I love, and they were super garlicky in the best way possible. Didn't even get to the asparagus because I was already full. For dessert, the lemon raspberry cheesecake was fantastic. If you're into tart berry flavors mixed with citrus and cheesecake, this is for you. The staff was wonderful and my friend and I had a blast joking around while we ate.

The service was incredible and the food was fantastic. Our server made sure our glasses were always full and stopped by constantly to check on us. Everything we ate was delicious, from the two appetizers to the cheesecake we shared. A friend had warned us we probably couldn't eat a full meal plus cheesecake, and he was totally right. We're definitely coming back soon.
