My junior sales guy approved net terms that I never would have. When we tried to collect, they said they're having financial problems and refused to pay. They deserve a zero. Do yourself a favor and stay away completely. Once you sign up, you're locked in. No renewal notifications. Even if you contact them the moment the charge hits, they'll deny refunds and trap you into the full contract period. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate. Read actual customer reviews online, not the ones they post on their own site.
