Has anyone dealt with orders being canceled without any explanation from the Paper Store online? I've had items that never arrived and wasn't refunded for them. I've been trying to get answers but my emails go completely unanswered. I've ordered from them for several years, but this year has been a nightmare. The online shopping experience has totally gone downhill and I'm really frustrated. Does anyone else have the same problem?

A lot of the greeting cards are displayed way too low on the shelves. You basically have to squat down or sit on the ground to even read most of them. For older folks, that's really not practical or safe. Having cards positioned that low creates a serious risk of someone getting hurt.

I was trying to find information about Vera Bradley bags that were on sale online. I spent two hours trying to figure it out but couldn't get what I needed. Went to the actual store and barely anything was in stock, so they told me to just check the website again. Still couldn't find the answer to a basic question like what the dimensions are on the small tote bags. This isn't the first time their website has been unhelpful, but it's definitely the last. I'm done with this place.

This is my favorite spot to buy gifts. I'm really happy we have one nearby in Florida. The selection is beautiful and the team is so friendly and helpful every single time I come in. They're always patient and great at helping me find the perfect gift or card for anyone. Highly recommend it.

The location here is really special. From the moment we walked in, we got a warm welcome. Every staff member we saw seemed genuinely happy to help customers, and that friendly energy was there every time we've visited. The associate who helped us today was especially kind and attentive. We love coming back here to find unique gifts for our loved ones and really recommend checking it out if you're looking for something special and meaningful.

Same story as everyone else here. They show inventory available online but then cancel the order anyway. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Had an amazing experience on a Thursday evening when two of the staff members, Ms. Darlen and Ms. Jordan, went above and beyond. They were so polite and helpful, gave great directions, and quickly helped me find exactly what I needed for Thanksgiving cards. They had a great selection ready for me in no time. Also want to give a shout out to Nancy from the call center who was incredibly helpful and wonderful. The entire team made my shopping experience fantastic.

I tried to return something that was only 4 days past the return window. The item was completely unused, not seasonal, had the tag on it, I had my receipt, and they even still had it in stock. The cashier wouldn't do it and said that the system would show the purchase date anyway if they looked up my information. That's ridiculous and terrible customer service. I reached out to their customer service team for help but got nowhere. Now they've lost a loyal customer over less than nine bucks. Really disappointed.

I bought a quarter zip from the Paper Store but when I compared it to the exact same item I bought elsewhere, it was completely different. The fabric thickness and sherpa lining didn't match at all. To make it worse, when I left an honest review about the product quality issues, the Paper Store deleted it. They need to make sure the products they're selling are actually authentic. If you're thinking about buying from them, be careful about what you're getting.

The online inventory is constantly wrong. You see something listed as available online, drive to the store, and it's not actually there. They explained once that items show up in their system as soon as they're shipped from the warehouse, before they even arrive at the store location. That makes no sense. Returning things is nearly impossible too. I'm not shopping there anymore and honestly wish I could give them zero stars.

I ordered a sweatshirt to be shipped to my nephew for Christmas, but they sent the wrong item entirely. When it arrived, my sister-in-law found a girls glass water bottle instead. After contacting customer service, I discovered the mistake was on their end. Now the sweatshirt is out of stock, and their solution is basically nothing. They said if it comes back in stock, I could use a coupon I already used, which doesn't help me at all. Christmas was three days away and my nephew had no gift because of their shipping error. I've been a regular customer, but this level of service and unwillingness to actually make things right is unacceptable. I'm seriously reconsidering shopping there again.

They only carry women's shoes up to size 10. Plenty of women wear size 11 or larger. If my money isn't worth their time for shoes, then they won't get any of my money for anything else they're selling either.

They keep emailing that fashion masks are in stock, but when you check the website right away they're already gone. I called during business hours and they said I could get a callback instead of holding. Two and a half hours later they called back to say nobody was available and just hung up. I get that things have been busy, but other companies this size manage to stay way more organized. I'm unsubscribing from their emails.

Had a terrible time at this store. I asked an employee if I could use the restroom while shopping with my elderly mother, and the cashier gave me permission. But when I approached the bathroom door, another staff member gave me a really dirty look and asked in a rude, harsh voice what I was doing. She seemed disgusted and actually blocked me from leaving. It was so embarrassing and unwelcoming. Even after she found out the cashier had approved it, I felt so uncomfortable I just left. The whole interaction felt discriminatory and made me feel terrible. This isn't my first bad experience here either. The store just doesn't feel welcoming, and it's clear they care more about making sales than actually taking care of their customers. I won't be back.
