I really enjoy this company's products and regularly buy them for myself and as gifts. Recently an order arrived damaged from the delivery company, not from This Works' fault. I sent pictures and called, speaking with a helpful staff member named Libby who immediately took care of it. She offered to resend the items through Royal Mail and was genuinely kind and helpful every step of the way. This Works deserves credit for having such great people on their team. Libby went above and beyond, and I'm grateful they turned what could have been frustrating into a completely smooth experience.

Their website is broken and the service is terrible. I tried buying their products but the site wouldn't process the transaction even though I entered all my information correctly. When I called to place the order by phone instead, they asked me to give them my bank's security code to complete the payment. That's completely inappropriate and unsafe. Not a professional operation at all.

Other companies manage this fine, so This Works should too. Either their customer service team has no idea what they're doing, or they're deliberately overcharging for shipping to make extra money. Not a great way to treat someone trying to buy your products.
