What Is the ThredUp Refund Policy?
According to the ThredUp refund policy, all items must be sent back and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
For orders within the 48 United States, there is a $3.99 restocking fee for each item you return. This fee, along with the original shipping cost, will be taken out of your refund.
Refunds for store credit purchases will be issued as store credit, while refunds for other payment methods will go back to your original form of payment.
Please be aware that final sale items cannot be returned. Also, if you’re making an international return, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping, as ThredUp does not provide a return label for these orders.
