About TickPick

TickPick started in 2011 with one big idea: make buying tickets easy and fair. Tired of hidden fees and confusing prices, the founders built the first ticket site with no extra service fees and clear, upfront costs—so fans always know exactly what they’re paying for.

Today, TickPick helps millions of people get into concerts, sports games, and theater shows with confidence. Backed by a BestPrice Guarantee and BuyerTrust Guarantee, every ticket is real, every price is honest, and every fan gets a better deal.

How to Use a TickPick Promo Code

  • Browse TickPick for your favorite concert, sports game, or theater show and add the tickets you want to your cart.
  • Head to the checkout page. You’ll see your order details and the total price listed.
  • Click on the link that says “Have a promo code?” (located below the order details). Type your TickPick promo code into the box.
  • Click the “Apply” button to see your discount instantly. Then, continue with payment to complete your order and enjoy the savings!

What to Do if Your TickPick Promo Code Isn’t Working

Before taking any actions, please note that promo codes are not available for every event, so in some cases discounts may not apply.

However, here are a few things you can try:

  • Double-check the code – Make sure it’s typed correctly, with no extra spaces or errors.
  • Check the status – Some promo codes may expire or not be active currently.
  • Use only one code – TickPick only allows one promo code per purchase, and you can’t combine them with site credit.
  • Do a quick refresh – Try refreshing the page or restarting your browser to rule out small technical glitches.

If none of these steps solve the issue, you can reach out to TickPick’s support team directly through their website or call them at +1 (845)-538-4567 for help.

One of the worst ticket-buying…

One of the worst ticket-buying experiences I’ve had.I tried to purchase tickets for a group of 10 through TickPick, and the order was cancelled twice, even though the website clearly showed seating available both times. It was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.To make things worse, customer support was totally unhelpful and offered no real explanation or solution. If you’re trying to buy tickets for a group, don’t rely on TickPick—they’re unreliable and poorly managed. I would not use this service again.

Why would you waste your time here

Why would you waste your time here? There are so many other ticket exchange websites to purchase from who know how to treat you. Tickpick by far is the worst ticket purchase experience I ever had. They never delivered my order to me and I had to call them multiple times to get the tickets. They even said replacement order is coming in an hour but even then they did not send anything and I had to call them again over and over. This is purely a s** show and such a waste of money and time to work with these unprofessional people who don't know anything about this industry. Their tech is broken and their API does not work well many times. Please avoid this site and just bay 10% more in other places. that goes a long way.

TICKPICK customers BEWARE of this…

TICKPICK customers BEWARE of this company's lies and scams. I will never use their shady company again. If you sell tickets through their company, you will not get paid! They are working a scam, they first tell you will get paid after the event 2 weeks later. and your money will be credited back to your card on file. The date I was told I would get paid has passed. Instead of getting paid, They told me I needed to sign up for their third party payer HYPERWALLET, as they would be the company who would pay me my money, but that's a lie! I called TICKPICK and they said they can't help me, and that I needed to contact HYPERWALLET. I called them and they said they sent the transaction to my bank. It was not in my bank account, usually any transaction would show up pending. I know that's a lie. I then called my bank, and they said they did not receive a transaction from HYPER WALLET. Side Note: I forgot to mention, when you sign up for hyper wallet, you have to give them your social security number and bank account number in order to get paid.I have used Seat Geek, Stub Hub, and TicketMaster for years and I have never experienced the issues I've had with TICKPICK. They are dishonest scammers that practice deceptive tactics when it comes to paying customers who sold their event tickets through TICKPICK.I'm still waiting to get paid....Everyone should avoid using TICKPICK to sell event ticks. I'm going back to the major 3rd party sellers.

Chack currency

They sell tickets in Canada for Canadian events, posting prices without currency. I ended up paying 40% over the price because it didn't specify it was in USD. Currency was not even shown on the receipt. I found out when I received the charge on my credit card. I called to complain about the lack of transparency with the prices. They say that in the contract says the only use USD, and there is nothing they can do about it. They don't care about inconveniencing a customer, the money is already in their pocket.

Scam

Scam. Bought a ticket for an event that I need to travel to another country for, got the Ticket transferred through Ticketmaster, then all of a sudden Ticketmaster cancel the ticket and I'm left with nothing but promises they'll find a replacement, but zero guarantee that if that happens that ticket won't get cancelled as well! Just because you have a website doesn't make you better than a street corner scalper!

Ticket location falsely shown and advertised as front and center seating

I purchased tickets for a Broadway musical where the tickets were shown on their version of the venue seating map and advertised to be in the very front and center of Orchestra center seating. Tickets were stated as " nn row " seating which should be 14 rows from the stage and center. After the purchase I checked the actual venue seating map only to find that the seats were actually the very last 37th row seating in the " upper orchestra left center " This is complete false advertising and I am demanding a full refund. I am also intending to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and a possible class action suit over this issue.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. I was supposed to go to the Erykah Badu concert in Houston, Texas, and I got dressed and everything, but when I arrived at the venue, I still hadn’t received my ticket. I called TicketPic, and the representative said he would try to confirm with the seller. The seller never answered, and then he never got back on the line, so he disconnected. I was at the concert trying to get my ticket, but of course, the box office couldn’t do anything because it’s through a third party. I also ended up leaving because I was so embarrassed sitting there all dressed up, having paid all this money for my outfit and the trip, just to be ticketless. I bought this ticket over three weeks before the concert. I was so hurt I drove back home. All they could do was refund my $145. The seller should not be able to sell tickets. My issue is that since you’re a third-party platform, you should have already had the tickets, and you shouldn’t have relied on any seller to deliver them within 24 to 48 hours—that’s ridiculous. You guys should’ve already had the tickets, and once I paid, you should’ve sent them to me. Ticketmaster, StubHub, and others do this; TicketPic needs to improve how they handle buyer and seller relationships because that was the most embarrassing and degrading experience I’ve ever had. I’ve definitely canceled my ticket for the Monica and Brandy concert because I refuse to arrive without a ticket. If you’re going to be a third-party platform, you need to prioritize buyers, not just sellers.

TickPick SUCKS!

My husband and I purchased tickets to see Patti Smith in DC. The concert is tomorrow, and we still don't have the tickets. We purchased decent tickets for $187 each. When we just got back from Thanksgiving, we had a message from TickPick saying our original tickets were no longer available, but they could replace them with crappy tickets and give us a $100 refund. This is such bull shit! At the last minute, TickPick decided to sell our original tickets for more than we paid. We have a hotel in DC that we can't get a refund on now, so we took the sucky seats and the $100. This is not how getting concert tickets should work. Scalping used to be against the law. It has now become a corporate enterprise that screws real fans for profit. We are done doing business with TickPick.

I will never ever purchase ticketfrom…

I will never ever purchase tickets from Tickpick and would not recommend anyone purchase from them. I have a minimum of 40 emails back and forth over a 3 month period of me begging for assistance and to have tickets transferred to me. At this point the event is 4 days away and I’ve traveled across the country for said event only to continue to receive bad customer service, promises of a call back, and unfulfilled guarantees of ticket transfers. Basically they are a 4th party seller. If you buy from them, the tickets are transferred from SeatGeek (ie you might as well purchase from SeatGeek) Seargeek can’t help you since you didn’t buy from them. It’s such a hassle! They only want your money and aren’t able to assist if the seller isn’t transferring the tickets or if there is an issue! At this point I have 1600$ tied into an event that I can’t attend. Just don’t buy from them! Go straight to SeatGeek or dare I say, ticket master. This has been a literal nightmare. I don’t have time to email, then call, then email, then wait to no avail!! They can’t help you because they aren’t the seller. Just a middle man pocketing your money.
