Very disappointing experience involving…

Very disappointing experience involving both Timberland and Yodel — Christmas gift ruined.I placed an order for a pair of boots on 17 December as a Christmas gift. On 18 December, I received a message saying the order would be delivered that day. As I wasn’t at home, I changed the delivery date to 20 December, which was confirmed on Yodel’s tracking system.The parcel never arrived on 20 December. Over the following days (20–23 December), I contacted both Yodel and Timberland multiple times. Each time, I was told to wait for updates that never came.On 24 December, the tracking was suddenly updated to say the parcel had been returned to the sender, without any explanation, failed delivery attempt, or prior communication.This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now on Christmas Eve I have nothing to give. While Yodel’s service has been extremely poor, I am equally disappointed that Timberland did not step in or take ownership of the situation, despite being contacted several times.For a brand like Timberland, I expected far better customer service, communication, and responsibility for deliveries handled on your behalf.

Spoke to customer service regarding an order for Men's boots I received. Correct size but slightly narrow. Needed to return.Placed my order on Oct.31.2025 They have extended returns starting on orders placed on Nov.1 2025. Would not budge or attempt customer satisfaction or offer exchange. Rep.said they suggest selling them. THIS IS CALLED SALES OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! Guess one should expect this from CANADIANS!

Horrible customer service

Customer service is horrible they promise and you pay for expedited delivery and then guess what it doesn’t happen it takes them two days just to get it to ups when expedited delivery is 2 to3 days!! Then you actually recieve the package in5 days!! When you call they push the blame on ups and don’t do a damn thing about it

Awful awful service

Awful awful service, first time ordering and will never order again! Courier said they couldn’t deliver yet was no where near my address and I have ring doorbell. Then took over a week to even attempt delivery in that time I contacted customer service multiple times who were so unhelpful and kept fobbing me off. They then emailed saying they would process a full refund immediately then the next day said it was delivered to my neighbour I have been unable to retrieve my parcel from my neighbour and timberland are refusing to refund. Absolute scam of a company please avoid

£800 worth left outside and stolen!Made an order of £875, order split into 3 different packages, 2 packages (£800 worth) left outside my house by yodel and stolen. Boxes found ripped open near my home with the items missing. Yodel said speak to the seller, I’ve emailed timberland many times but they just don’t wanna know and just said do a charge back with my bank. So looks like I’m going down that route. Very disappointing as these items were Christmas gifts and I have £800 tied up on my card so I can’t purchase replacements! Very poor customer service from a world wide brand

Thieves

Please, please do not spend any money with this company, they are thieves.Return received by them 4 December and despite several attempts of contact, still no refund and many other people saying the same.Customer service is non existent and shop staff are extremely rude.

I got sent the wrong size pair of boots…

I got sent the wrong size pair of boots at a cost of £190. I sent them back and followed return policy on the the 6-11-2025 & yet still do dat not received a refund. Only managed to talk to a AI bot which confirmed they had received the boots back. Really really poor from such a good brand.

Two weeks no shoes

Its been 2 weeks since I ordered my shoes and they still are not here. I needed these for work. Now I have given up and had to go buy other shoes somewhere else, already got them, and have been wearing them for 3 days. Timberland wont refund my money or cancel the order.

Extremely disappointed with Timberland…

Extremely disappointed with Timberland UK’s customer service and quality. I own a pair of Premium 6-Inch boots received as a Christmas gift. They have had very minimal wear — no more than once a week for around two months, always in dry conditions, and stored carefully in a cool, dry place. They still look almost new except for the padded collar, which has started peeling and flaking badly.This kind of deterioration is completely unacceptable on boots sold as durable and premium quality.I contacted Timberland UK and gave a full explanation. They initially replied and asked for photos, which I provided promptly. Since then, the communication has completely stopped. I’ve followed up multiple times with no response at all. That level of customer support is simply not good enough from a brand of this reputation.Even if they couldn’t repair or replace the boots, a basic acknowledgement would have been expected. Instead, I’m left with defective boots and zero guidance or help.Based on this experience, I would not recommend Timberland UK and would not purchase from them again.
