Watch out with this one. Customer service is a joke. They don't send the right stuff, then when they do send something it's incomplete and the instructions are hard to understand. When you complain they offer you something different instead of fixing their mistake and say they can't do anything because parts are hard to get.

These guys are straight up scammers. I bought from their site, paid for my order, and never received anything.

Really let down by my experience ordering from Title Boxing online. They said my order would arrive by December 23rd, but it showed up 3 days late on the 26th. That was supposed to be my kid's main Christmas present and I couldn't give it to him on Christmas morning because of their mistake. When it finally got here, I called customer service about returning it since I didn't want it anymore. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, they just blamed the shipping carrier. My contract was with Title, not the shipping company, and they're the ones who promised the date. All I got was a return link with zero apology or accountability. I'd skip Title Boxing for online orders, especially anything time-sensitive or gift related. Their customer service was really disappointing.

Been a customer of Title for close to 40 years and never had a real issue until now. Recently bought bag gloves and went to update my shipping address but couldn't find where to do it. Realized my mistake about 10 seconds after hitting submit and tried to cancel right away. Turns out Title won't let you cancel or change orders once they're placed, even before shipping. Tried multiple times to work something out with them and hit a wall every time. Now I'm out 54 bucks plus shipping for gloves I never wanted sent to the wrong place. Not coming back.

I just did a 30 minute training class at Title 1 Boxing as someone new to the sport and it was fantastic. Walking in, I felt like I was joining a family right away. The trainers really knew how to teach the basics like footwork and form while making me feel supported the whole time. The people there create an amazing community atmosphere, and I'd definitely recommend Title 1 Boxing to anybody wanting to pick up boxing. Whether you're completely new or have some background, this is a place where you can learn and develop.

Don't usually buy stuff online, but needed headgear for a masters event and had no other choice. Their AI system is a total nightmare. I kept getting told to confirm international shipping but there was literally no way to do it, and they wouldn't process my order until I did. Spent 3 days trying to figure it out with zero help from anyone at Title. Honestly won't be back.

Got some boxing shoes from here years back and they were really solid. Recently picked up a WBC sweatshirt and after wearing it for a bit I threw it in the wash. Something's wrong with the material because it started coming apart and now there's all these spots all over it after the first wash.

Grabbed some Nike boxing shoes and they came in a couple days later. Fit perfectly right out of the box.

Used a 20% off coupon to buy some boxing gloves. When I got to checkout, turns out the discount didn't apply to what I was buying. Feels like a bait and switch to get you to purchase something.

This is basically a scam where they charge you for a subscription you never agreed to, then claim it was in the terms and conditions...

Ordered boxing gloves for myself and my son on April 13th with ground shipping paid, but they didn't ship until April 19th. That's 7 days to handle 2 pairs of gloves, then another 5 to 7 days for delivery. Reading other reviews, I'm definitely not the only one dealing with this problem. What's worse is their sizing info is all over the place. Some gloves are listed as Regular or Large, then you see posts saying regulars run 12 to 14 ounces. How do you not know your own product size? It's one or the other, not both for the same fit. I've seen pro gyms use their stuff for training, but the staff at Title doesn't seem to know what they're selling.

Man, after seeing all these other complaints, I get it now. This place talks a big game but doesn't deliver. They canceled my order that was supposed to come by Wednesday because I supposedly picked the wrong size. When I asked why, they told me to just reorder with the right one. Now my new delivery was pushed to Friday instead. Asked if they'd do anything about the hassle and got nothing but finger pointing. They blamed me for the order mix-up, then the new order didn't even process after a full day of them making excuses. They said it was canceled but it's still sitting in my account. Just buy from someone better. Ordered from a Muay Thai shop in Thailand using DHL and got it faster and cheaper. Everything I tried to do to make this right only made things worse. These guys are a mess.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Their membership cancellation doesn't work right. They'll keep charging you month after month even if you cancel or try to cancel. When they can't charge your card anymore they'll send your account to a debt collector. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Also they're not even BBB accredited, and I have to wonder why that is.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If there's even a chance you might need to return something, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They'll make you feel bad about it and you pay for everything plus have to print your own label even if you're just swapping items. Find a different boxing supplier. Seriously.

I regret getting a year membership here. They won't let me cancel even though I stopped going months ago. They keep charging me every month. The whole setup is just punching a bag for 45 minutes. Really wish I'd never gone in the door.
