This extreme lip injection product is a total letdown. The label says it delivers quick and lasting plumping results. What it actually does is coat your lips with a thick, slick residue that feels gross. I've posted about this before and got zero response from the brand. Not surprising since they already got paid. Do yourself a favor and grab Maybelline Lifter Plumper from the drugstore instead. That one actually works like it promises. No overhyped claims, no fake testimonials, and their support team is actually reachable.

I grabbed the mascara and also bought the mascara primer. Save your cash on that primer. It absolutely makes no difference. Wish I could post a picture because one eye with it and one without looks exactly the same. Total waste of money.

This whole experience has been terrible. The tracking info said it was delivered before it even shipped. Nothing ever showed up at my door. I absolutely adore Too Faced! I think a lot of the bad reviews floating around are probably fake. I've been ordering from them for the past year or so and I've never had a single issue with my purchases or their support staff. Orders arrive incredibly fast, sometimes just two days after I place them, which is wild. The makeup quality is fantastic and has seriously improved my whole makeup routine. I did pick up seven mascaras during a sale and they seem a little light, probably because they're fresh products and the formula is at the bottom. Since they're not dried out, there's definitely product there. I haven't used them yet so we'll see. Overall, Too Faced absolutely rocks and I'm sticking with them!

I typically don't bother writing reviews, but this situation was so frustrating I felt compelled to share. My entire experience has been nothing but problems. I wish I'd paid attention to the negative feedback beforehand. I submitted an order in late May and thought it was strange not to get a confirmation right away. When I followed up a few days later, they sent the confirmation and said I'd get a shipping notification when it went out. After waiting over a week with no updates, I checked again. They told me the order had left their warehouse earlier that month and reached an international processing facility shortly after. They said once it cleared that facility, I'd get a tracking number. I kept waiting and checked their site multiple times using my order number, but it just kept saying it was in processing. I reached out again and was informed my items were out of stock and they'd canceled everything.

I placed a purchase for the Spring Mystery Box on the US website in late April. A website error made it ring up cheaper in Canadian currency. The order went through and was shipped to Ohio using a third party shipper. The package was stuck in limbo for nearly three weeks with no way to track it. The support team first told me to wait for an updated tracking number that would never come. Then another email said they were sending it back due to the pricing glitch. This is outrageous. I've never seen a company confirm payment, process a shipment, and then cancel it. This kind of business practice makes no sense. The expense of handling, postage both ways, support staff hours, and losing customers must be more than what they lost on the sale. I won't be purchasing Too Faced again.

These are the best eyeshadow palettes I've owned. The color selection is fantastic and they smell wonderful. The matte shades blend so smoothly and the shimmer ones are super creamy and silky. You get a nice balance of basic neutrals mixed with brighter accent colors.
