I've emailed Trek Shrewsbury five times. I also called four separate times, got no answer on three of those calls, and on the one time someone picked up (think it was a manager), he said he'd look into my emails and have someone call me back. Still waiting three weeks later for that callback.

I spent three grand on an electric bike and the display screen failed. It's been three weeks and still no fix. The dealer just told me to wait it out. The bike itself is pretty solid but this experience has soured me. Not upgrading, not buying another one for family. Trek really needs to step up their support game.

Really let down by my recent order. I bought four items totaling over five hundred dollars and waited almost three weeks for delivery, missing the two-week window I needed for a cycling event. When it showed up, two items were missing. I've reached out to customer service repeatedly through phone and email about my refund, but nothing after two weeks. Delays, missing items, and terrible communication make this not worth my business.

I'm fully confident in Trek Bicycles and give them five stars without hesitation. My whole experience has been great from start to finish. They've definitely improved their parts and quality compared to a few years back, and they really stand behind their products. Planning to buy another one soon.

The Trek ARL 5 Checkpoint is a solid bike overall but the paint finish is terrible. Even the slightest thing and the coating starts peeling. I have bikes from two decades ago that look pristine. Trek's got to improve their paint quality significantly.

Trek's customer service has been absolutely phenomenal. I'm on my third Trek bike now, starting back in 2004. After an accident early this year that left me seriously injured, I was hesitant about my yearly autumn cycling trip, especially since my current bike couldn't handle wider tires. I spotted the new model with direct mount brakes that seemed to fit wider tires, so I ordered it. Unfortunately after testing multiple tire options it didn't work as promised. I reached out to Trek and they owned the mistake immediately. They replaced my frame with a disc brake version and threw in a new wheelset as a goodwill gesture. I was completely blown away by their response. I'm an endurance cyclist and I'm preparing a video featuring my upcoming longest-distance ride on my replacement Trek.

Trek's customer service has been absolutely incredible. This is my third Trek bike since 2004. Earlier this year I had a serious accident and fractured my leg, which really shook my confidence. I usually do a major ride every fall, but I was nervous because my older Domane maxes out at 28mm tires with barely any room to spare. I found the new Domane Gen 2 which supposedly accommodates 38mm tires, so I grabbed one. Turns out after trying three different tire sizes, it didn't work as advertised. I contacted Trek and they actually admitted the mistake. Not only that, they sent me a disc brake Domane frame plus a complete wheelset as a goodwill gesture. I was genuinely shocked by their generosity. I do ultra distance cycling and I'm planning a YouTube piece covering my upcoming long-distance ride using my replacement Trek Domane.

Really frustrated with my experience. I wanted to order the new Madone late last year and called a store location to discuss options. The staff member was rude and actually doubted I was serious about spending that much money. Then there was disagreement about my frame size between my fitter and their team. After I brought my bike in to settle it, they wanted to charge me £120 for confirming their sizing was wrong, even though I was buying a premium bike. I took my business to another shop and had an amazing experience there instead. When my new bike finally arrived, it had a paint protection wrap on it, but then they discovered what might be a stress fracture in the frame. Trek offered either a full refund or the discontinued replacement model, nothing more. No discount or any compensation offered. I took the refund but had to follow up repeatedly, and it took seven weeks to process. Even worse, they short-changed me by £200 and claimed I'd only paid less than I actually did, even though I have all my paperwork.

Excellent bike paired with excellent service! Got the Trek FX 3 and couldn't be happier. The sales team clearly knew their stuff and let me take two test rides before committing. The post-purchase support is stellar too, with free safety inspections and routine maintenance included.

Pretty shocked at how quickly the Trek Powerfly 7 started falling apart. The cassette teeth snapped during my first off-road outing and then my rim bent by an inch for basically no reason at all. For the price point, the build quality just isn't there.

Customer service was outstanding. There was some back and forth on a warranty situation with my Madone Isospeed, but as a gesture of goodwill Trek replaced my entire frame. Matt was fantastic throughout the whole process and I'm thrilled to be back riding my favorite bike.

When I got my used Trek, they hooked me up with a limited warranty which shows how confident they are in their durability. Getting replacement parts has been super easy, just a quick call to their Waterloo facility, and my stuff arrived in two days which felt really professional. Every time I've dealt with Trek staff, they've been genuinely helpful. What stands out is that they build tools that last, not toys that fade. Their premium carbon trail bikes are engineered right from the start.

The Trek Verve Plus is fantastic! Sure, e-bikes are heavier than regular bikes, but I knew that going in. This one is an absolute blast to ride. Where I live there are tons of hills and the battery lasts an incredibly long time. I mainly use the assist when tackling inclines, headwinds, or fatigue sets in, and I can get multiple rides between charges. Everything on this bike is quality built and super reliable. I really dig how the e-assist modes let me hold a steady rhythm regardless of conditions, whether I pick Eco or Tour mode. When I need extra power I switch to Turbo, though that's rarely necessary. Trek totally nailed the design on this model.
