I've placed 3 orders before this 4th one, and this time it's taking longer to get into the UK postal system after being dispatched. I've sent several emails to the company but haven't gotten replies. Normally I order, it ships, enters the mail system same day, and arrives within 48 hours. This time I paid for a 24 hour tracked option instead of my usual 48 hour tracked service. More than 24 hours have passed and it hasn't even hit the postal network yet. If I get an update before Monday, I'll change my rating to 5 stars. Update: Got an email on the 15th saying to allow 2 to 3 working days plus an extra 24 hours. When I reached out to them, they offered excuses and said to contact them to look into it. I'll be shocked if it shows up by Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday, or if I even get it at all. This experience is pretty different from my great past orders with them.

Update: I originally left a 1 star review, but the company got back to me and helped resolve things. Turns out my package arrived sooner than expected. The real issue was my postal service never let me know, and the delivery person left it on a nearby window sill. Probably a passerby took it. Trtl responded fast and handled it professionally. They provided extra shipping instructions, though sadly the post office still sent it to my neighbor's place. Fortunately, he let me know right away and I got it. The pillow itself is different from what I'm used to, but I'm already noticing it gives my head way more support than other travel pillows I've tried before. Overall I'm satisfied with how things turned out. The issues weren't Trtl's fault, so that's why I'm updating my review to 5 stars. Original review from earlier: Placed an order about a week ago on the 22nd of November. They emailed me immediately saying the shipment would be late and they'd send it by the 12th of December. That deadline passed without the shipment arriving. I've been trying to contact them for days now with no response. I'm taking a flight soon and might have to cancel the whole purchase.
