Their meat selection and variety are actually solid, so that's not the problem. But I've gotten 4 orders and something goes wrong every single time. The real issue is their subscription trap where they advertise big discounts, reel you in, then ship out orders without giving you a heads up first. Even worse, they'll send you a cancellation notice at like midnight and claim you missed the window by morning. Total scam. I'm done with them for good.
