The steaks were great but the carne asada is just gristle and nothing else. Anything we could chew had to be spit out, and honestly it puffed up even bigger in our mouths. Made it nearly impossible to eat. Then they demand photos as proof. Steer clear of this place or at least skip the specialty items. Stick with their steaks if you must order.

Really enjoyed almost everything, but that sirloin steak is absolutely incredible. Seriously, it's as good as bacon! Comes preseasoned so you just heat it up and eat. Couldn't be simpler. I also tried their chicken, pork, and BBQ versions and they were all delicious, but the steak beat anything I've eaten in the last 25 years. The pricing is pretty reasonable too. Compared to the tiny helpings of mediocre stuff you get at restaurants, this could definitely become my go to option. The value is definitely there.

Awful experience from start to finish. Customer service was unhelpful and the meat quality was subpar. These products are loaded with weird additives like water, corn fiber, and vanilla powder. Their meat selection and variety are actually solid, so that's not the problem. But I've gotten 4 orders and something goes wrong every single time. The real issue is their subscription trap where they advertise big discounts, reel you in, then ship out orders without giving you a heads up first. Even worse, they'll send you a cancellation notice at like midnight and claim you missed the window by morning. Total scam. I'm done with them for good.
