TYR Sport Savings Hacks
Offers rotate in from TYR Sport's affiliate programs regularly. Check back often to catch new deals before they expire, and sign up for notifications if RetailCoupons.com offers them.
Many retailers including those in the activewear category discount older inventory and seasonal items outside of promo codes. Browse TYR Sport's sale section separately for steeper markdowns.
Some promo codes work on top of existing discounts or clearance prices. Try applying a code at checkout to see if it stacks for additional savings.
Before purchasing, check customer reviews on TYR Sport's site to ensure sizing, fit, and quality meet expectations, which helps avoid return hassles and wasted money.
TYR Sport Shipping Policy

TYR Sport Reviews
TYR Sport receives sharply divided feedback, with shoppers either highly satisfied or deeply frustrated. Those who praise the brand highlight quality product design, noting features like comfortable swim cap fits and textured interior coatings. However, a substantial majority of reviewers report serious operational and customer service failures, including unshipped orders (some delayed for months), missing items from shipments, and non-responsive or unhelpful customer support that fails to resolve issues or follow up on inquiries.
The company's handling of problems appears to be the primary source of dissatisfaction. Shoppers describe being given promises of next-day shipping that go unfulfilled, discovering items were never in stock despite being ordered, and receiving only partial refunds without proactive investigation into missing inventory. The lack of responsive, solution-oriented customer service compounds frustration with logistics issues, with multiple reviewers noting they received no replies to emails or received single unhelpful responses without follow-up.
Got myself a TYR long hair swim cap (picked it up from another retailer) and it's a really nice fit. The inside of the cap has a textured coating that feels good. My only complaint is it slides up a bit when I'm in the water, which is why I'm giving four stars instead of five. I'd love it if there was more room in it. Overall though, it's definitely better than the Speedo caps I had before.
Don't put your trust in this company. I bought some trainers that never got sent out. About a week later I finally heard back and they claimed there were shipping hold ups but promised it would go out the very next day. Five days went by with still no package, so I contacted them again. Turns out the item wasn't even in stock. The way they handled everything was completely unacceptable.
Just ordered 5 pairs of shoes not long ago. When my shipment got here last Friday, one item was missing from the box. I got on their chat to report it and all they could do was refund me for that one missing pair. But here's my question - what happens to customers who don't realize something is missing? That feels like a setup to me. I'm really upset about this situation because their idea of making it right was to send me a 20% off coupon, which basically means I have to give them more money just to get any kind of compensation. That doesn't seem right to me. I've already been in touch with their customer service team and all I got was a bunch of back and forth about it being oversold and them talking to the tech team. I'm still waiting to see if this gets resolved.
During Black Friday sales last fall, I grabbed a couple pairs of shoes from their website. It's now January and still haven't received them. Not one single customer service email has gotten answered. I won't be ordering from them again.
I've had to deal with TYR's customer support and it's been really disappointing - honestly among the worst I've experienced. The support staff just isn't helpful, they don't really solve anything, and they keep shutting down my support requests without actually doing anything. For a company this size, this is unacceptable service. I'm going to suggest to everyone I know that they should shop somewhere else. It's just not worth the aggravation dealing with them.
Customer service here is really not good. I sent several emails and even tried reaching out through their social media. I got one response that wasn't helpful at all and that was it - no follow-ups even after I emailed the person they pointed me to and also tried another customer service address I found on the site. The products seem solid enough but if anything goes wrong, you're basically on your own.
I cannot recommend this company. They're not being honest with their customers. Items show up marked as on sale on their website, but they won't actually honor those sale prices. When I called customer service, the head person essentially said there was nothing they could do about it. Really poor way to treat people.
Really let down by this company. Their products are excellent but the customer service is pretty terrible and seems more interested in protecting their bottom line than helping people. I bought some shoes and multiple retailers suggested sizing up. I used their online camera sizing tool which also recommended going a size larger than my usual size. Once they arrived, I put them on and walked around my house for just a moment - they were definitely too big. I carefully packed them back up and sent them out. I tracked my return via the shipping company and confirmed they had gotten it. But then I heard absolutely nothing. A week went by with no response to my email. I sent another email a week later. Still silence. It took over two weeks before anyone even contacted me back. They claimed the shoes were soiled and had been destroyed. This is not how you should treat paying customers. Even if there really was an issue with the shoes during transit or they somehow got damaged, they should have at least reached out to let me know what was going on. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your athletic equipment.
The shoes are fine but the return costs are crazy. I had to pay shipping to get my order. These shoes run really tight - I normally wear a 12 but had to go larger with these. I then got charged for shipping the return back. They also didn't cover the cost of new packaging even though they used a cheap plastic bag to ship mine. On top of not refunding what I paid to ship the original order, they didn't give me all my sales tax back. When you add it all up it cost me about $25 in extra fees. I'd skip this company based on the overall customer experience.
I don't usually leave negative reviews but I think people should know what I went through. I wanted to support an American company and saw athletes using their gear. I used their shoe sizing tool to pick my size - specifically used the app with all the guides because the item was marked final sale. The shoe ended up being way too small. I emailed and called their support to let them know their sizing tool isn't working right. The person I dealt with was pretty unhelpful and honestly rude. They said they'd check into it and get back to me but never did. I have to say, even an automated system would have done better. I'm really disappointed by how this went. I won't be buying from them again and I'll be warning all my people to stay away. Maybe they should stick to what they know - swimwear.
TYR has really worked out great for me. After losing a significant amount of weight, I needed to replace my whole athletic wardrobe. I happened to need new gear around the time they were running promotions. Their shoes, swim equipment, wetsuits and athletic apparel have held up incredibly well and performed way better than other brands I've used. I'm also a big fan of my TYR knit beanie and own two of them. TYR is hands down my favorite, with 2XU being a solid second choice. The one issue I ran into was a hoodie that kept shedding black fibers onto everything I wore underneath it. After washing it inside out a bunch of times, it stopped doing that.
TYR has been really fantastic for me. I went through a major weight loss and needed completely new workout clothes and gear. Fortunately I needed those new sizes right when TYR had promotions running. Their shoes, swim stuff, wetsuits and athletic wear have lasted way longer and performed way better than other brands I've worn before. I'm also obsessed with my TYR knit beanie and actually have a couple of them. TYR is definitely my top pick, with 2XU coming in as a strong second. One thing I did run into was a hoodie I got that shed black fibers all over anything I wore under it. After washing it inside out several times that problem went away.
Nearly two months just to see my refund. I made my purchase on November 19th from their European site and the shoes got held up at customs because of a missing invoice. I sent them an email asking for the paperwork but they never answered, so the package eventually went back to them. I emailed again to ask if they'd resend the shoes - still no answer. I tried contacting them on Facebook and Instagram with no luck either. Around a month in, on December 9th, I finally get a response saying they'll ship it back out. I waited for tracking information but never got it, so I sent another message. On the 17th they tell me they'll issue a refund instead. Over the next few weeks I keep following up and get no responses until January 11th when the refund actually goes through. That's basically a month after they promised the refund and two months from when I originally placed the order. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that their handling of this was bad at all. This has honestly been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Everyone else saying to take your business elsewhere is right.
Terrible company. Don't shop with them. I've never experienced worse customer support in my life.
