Complete Waste of Money. I've given Vuori three separate chances and returned everything all three times. The sizing is way off, the proportions seem designed for someone with a completely different body type, and if you're tall or have any kind of build, it's painfully uncomfortable. I'm 6'5" and even an XL shirt barely came down to my waist when most brands fit me perfectly. Then I tried their athletic slim pants and they were basically leggings. My third attempt was the classic fit version thinking extra room would help, but they just bunched up weird on my legs. The prices are ridiculous compared to how uncomfortable they are. Every time I see someone wearing Vuori I consider trying again, then I remember my experience and realize it only looks good on people built completely differently. Their target market appears to be guys with shorter frames and small legs. If you're over 6 feet tall, go to a discount store and spend ten bucks on something better. This brand is terrible.

Misleading and Untrustworthy! This company pulls a bait and switch with their shipping timeline. They show one delivery estimate at checkout but after you buy, suddenly it becomes 4 working days to prepare plus 7-10 days in transit. That's not normal shipping to the US! Their customer service won't help and just passes the blame to customers instead of owning up to the false promises. Total scam operation.

Expensive Pants That Fall Apart Quickly. I bought a pair for around 140 in my currency and the construction is pretty bad. The returns system doesn't work and there's no way to actually reach customer service.

Paid Extra for Overnight But Nothing Shipped. I paid for overnight delivery and two days later my tracking still shows it hasn't been picked up by the carrier. When I asked customer service about it, they just told me to wait and check the tracking again later. That's not acceptable service. What they should've done is immediately send out a replacement package and file a claim on the original. Instead they want me to sit around refreshing a tracking number.

They Don't Back Their Products When Problems Come Up. I have tons of gear from Vuori and my wife does too. But when something goes wrong, they really let you down. I had problems with their performance hoodie, they replaced it once, and then the same issue happened again even though I followed all the care instructions. The product just seems defective to me. I've gone through two of these hoodies in two years. Given how much money I've spent on their stuff over the years, I feel like they should stand behind me the way I've stood by them. This is the only item giving me consistent trouble. All I'm asking for is either another replacement or the option to swap it for a different product of equal value. That seems totally reasonable given my loyalty and spending history with them.

The Clothing Quality Is Good But Returns Are a Pain. The items feel amazing when you wear them. The problem is they partner with DHL Express and the nearest drop-off location for me is over 20 miles away. Having to pay out of pocket to return something defeats the purpose, especially when it goes all the way to California. Not very eco-friendly. I only needed to send back 1 of 4 items but I'll probably just keep it and shop elsewhere instead.

The Worst Support Team I've Ever Dealt With. I received a pair of pants as a gift and gave them everything I had. Since I didn't have the original order info, they basically said the best they could do is charge me to ship it back and maybe I'd get store credit. The management on their team is really unprofessional.

They Won't Complete Your Order and Blame You for It. I don't understand how this company operates. Their customer support is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. When my order didn't arrive, they told me to contact the shipping carrier myself. Isn't that supposed to be their responsibility? And they never even gave me a refund.

Sizing Is Completely Off From My Previous Orders. I've had these performance joggers for years and I own a ton of them. My newest pair arrived and I immediately washed them to get them ready. When I tried them on I was so annoyed to find the waist was bigger than all my other pairs by more than an inch. You shouldn't have to deal with inconsistent sizing on premium priced pants. I already washed them so returning isn't an option, which means I'm out $300.

The Fit Has Changed and It's Really Frustrating. I've been buying these performance joggers for years and own several pairs. This Isn't a Real Business, It's a Scam. Their website takes your money but won't let you adjust shipping options. When you call customer service, they refuse to fix anything even if you reach out right away. Their answer to every problem is just buy more stuff. Don't trust this company. There are way better athletic gear options out there from actual legitimate businesses.

FALSE ADVERTISING ON RETURNS! You can order from their site that clearly advertises free returns but then every single item you try to send back gets flagged as ineligible for international return. This is ridiculous.

Soft Fabric Doesn't Excuse Poor Quality and Bad Support. I really liked their stuff when I was vacationing and bought a top and joggers for about $300. During my flight home, just from carrying my baby's bag on my arm, the top pilled up terribly on the inside of both elbows. For what I spent, the durability just isn't there. I thought reaching out directly might get them to help but they just kept pushing the responsibility back to the US store I bought from. Since I'm back home internationally, that's not practical. Really disappointed with how they handled it.

Can't Return What I Bought Because of Where It Ships From. I purchased an item but can't send it back because it originates from the US. This is really disappointing since they have their own retail location here and I would've expected local handling. Not satisfied with this setup.
