Still waiting for my refund and it's been weeks. I ordered a jacket for my husband's anniversary gift back in August but got no shipping updates. Emails went unanswered and their chat said someone was always busy. Finally called and was told it was backordered, which nobody mentioned when I bought it. I asked to cancel and was promised a 2 day refund. A week went by with nothing, so I called back and got told 5 to 7 days. That was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have my money. This is frustrating and disappointing. I shouldn't be the only customer dealing with this problem. They need to fix how they operate or nobody's going to shop there. They used to be better than this.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I ordered a skirt back in March and shipped it back with their return label. Still haven't seen my money. I'm out $286 and it's been 4 months. Customer service keeps telling me they got the item back and my refund is coming in a few days, but nothing has shown up yet. This is unacceptable.

This business needs serious improvements. I never got my refund after purchasing something. That's $120 down the drain. I've called multiple times with my order details but still nothing. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Their return policy is terrible. I sent back a jacket I bought but they refused to process the refund. Good thing I used PayPal or I'd never have gotten my money back. Had to file a dispute through PayPal to finally get anywhere.

Got a coat for my husband as a Christmas gift. Sent it back on 12/26/2024 because the size was off. Haven't gotten my refund yet. Called customer service and they said things are backed up from the holidays. Problem is I need that refund to order something else. This is really frustrating and disappointing.

Don't count on their customer service. I sent back a jacket using their return label and they rejected it anyway. Now I'm missing a lot of money and don't even have the jacket anymore. Why would they deny a return when they gave me the label? This is such a waste. I followed their instructions and they still did this. This is shameful. If this doesn't get fixed soon I'm telling everyone I know about this awful experience.

Tried placing an order three times online and all three got blocked. First I thought I messed up the info, but everything was right. Tried again with the same card and it was rejected for fraud. Called customer service and they just told me to use a different card and contact my bank. Called my bank and they said there's no issue on their end. The card had a zero balance and no problems. Tried a third time with another card and guess what, that got canceled too. Each time it happened there was no cancellation email, I had to check the website to see what went wrong. But they sure were quick to send a confirmation email when I first tried to buy. Three strikes and you're out is what my dad used to say. I won't be ordering from them again.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They ignore apartment numbers even when you tell them multiple times. This whole experience has been such a headache. I could've gone on Amazon and had a jacket already. They seem not to care about customers at all and this is my third attempt getting something I paid for. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here ever. I'd rather buy from anywhere else.

Don't bother ordering here. The package claimed to be from Florida but actually shipped from Pakistan. Took forever, like 6 weeks to arrive. The jackets themselves are cheap quality, way smaller than the sizes suggest, and don't match the pictures at all. They say they have returns but you pay to send stuff back. Not ordering from them again.

This website is frustrating and hard to navigate. Customer service is honestly the worst I've experienced. Not coming back. The site wouldn't let me make an account unless I placed an order as a guest first, then they emailed asking me to create an account. Really? Shipping takes forever with no way to track if anything's being prepared. I called and they promised 48 hours or less. I waited thinking maybe bad weather held things up, but nothing gets delayed for a whole month unless the company just doesn't care. Other stores can ship fine. Meanwhile this place regularly takes a month or two. After waiting so long I didn't even want the jacket anymore, so I called to cancel. Their customer service said they can't cancel orders once placed, even if nothing's shipped yet. They wouldn't budge on it. I'm upset I ever ordered from them in the first place. Not going back.

I can't comment on their return process since I'm definitely keeping mine, but if you pay attention to their measurement guide, you shouldn't have to return anything. I was worried after seeing all those bad reviews but I'm so happy it went smoothly. I love my new jacket!

Be careful if you buy online here. I purchased a jacket on December 8, 2021 and canceled it within an hour, plus I called customer service to confirm it was canceled. A couple weeks later it showed up anyway. I sent it back and got confirmation it was delivered on January 10, 2022. Still no refund as of February 4, 2022. This company isn't worth dealing with. I'm letting my credit card company take it from here.

Worst shopping experience I've had online. I wish I'd read the reviews first. Ordered a women's coat and received a men's jacket worth way more instead. Returned it three months ago and still no refund. I call every week and they tell me the same thing each time, that my refund is being processed and should arrive soon. As of mid January 2022, nothing. No refund and not even a confirmation that they got the item back so I could dispute it with my credit card company.

Great experience with their customer service. I needed to return a coat for a bigger size and they made it super easy. Got my replacement and refund with no hassle at all.
