Windsor’s Return Policy
Windsor’s US return policy gives you flexibility while keeping things simple. Dresses can be returned within 14 days of delivery, while other items like tops, pants, skirts, and shoes can be returned within 30 days. To qualify, items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags, with no signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant, or perfume.
Final Sale items—including those discounted more than 30%, as well as fashion tape, adhesive bras and panties, pasties, earrings, cosmetics, and lingerie—are not eligible for return.
Keep in mind that late returns or items that don’t meet the guidelines will not be accepted, damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 14 days, and shipping fees are non-refundable. For faster processing, return each order in its own package to avoid delays.
