My online order got delivered to the wrong location and it disappeared. I always have packages sent to a UPS store location, but the driver showed up after closing and left it at a nearby business instead, then marked it as delivered to the correct address. By the time I found out, the package was gone. I filed a claim but it was automatically denied without letting me explain what happened. When I called the claims department, they told me every denial goes through automatically and that I'd have to dispute it myself. This whole situation has wasted so much of my time and it's not even my fault. To make matters worse, this same thing happened to my mom around the holidays with hundreds of dollars worth of gifts.

I closed my account because the experience was terrible. Can't get a statement without mailing it in, and they discontinued online payment options. Not worth dealing with them anymore.

I'm done shopping at Old Navy. They've moved their customer service overseas and it's become completely useless. When I needed help the last time, one agent refused to assist me and wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor, so I hung up and tried again. The next agent I got disconnected on me for no reason. I'm exhausted by dealing with overseas call centers that can't actually solve problems. It's just not worth the headache anymore.

I went in to shop and the cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for discounts but didn't mention it was their debit card. I'm only 17 and didn't realize what I was signing up for until later. I felt pressured into it and now I have to call my bank to get it removed. That wasn't cool.

I placed an order in early November expecting it in about a week. The tracking showed April 2025 which seemed obviously wrong, so I called. Customer service said it was just a glitch, and the package did arrive within days, but not to my mailbox like the tracking said it would. When I called back, they gave me a link to report the issue but it wouldn't work. I called again and was told to wait three days. I ended up taking the tracking info to my post office and discovered the label was cut off, missing my first name and the first part of my house number. That's why it didn't get delivered right. Old Navy needs to make sure their shipping labels print clearly with complete information so postal workers don't have to guess. Plus their website could definitely use some improvements.

I've been shopping here for years but had a really frustrating experience recently. I tried placing an order with my store cash and it got flagged as suspicious and canceled. So I tried again with a different payment method and it happened again. This is ridiculous because I have special coupons I'm unable to use now. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

I do shop at Old Navy regularly and like their products, but I dread shopping online with them. Their website is so hard to use and everything loads incredibly slowly. I've given up trying to navigate it and shop almost anywhere else now.

The customer service for the rewards card program is absolutely awful. I would not recommend it.

I had an incredible shopping experience at Old Navy today! I've always been a size 16 and up since my teenage years, and I've gotten used to shopping at specialty stores or finding my sizes tucked away in back corners with signs marking them as PLUS or WOMEN. Today when I walked into the store, I spotted something that made me genuinely emotional. The XS and 4X sizes were displayed together on the same rack right in the front window. That's real inclusion! For the first time in my adult life, I was shopping for clothes in a mainstream retail store without my size being separated or hidden away. I'm proud of who I am, and it feels amazing that Old Navy is stepping up to meet customers where we are. This is what it means to actually embrace diversity. Thank you for finally getting it right!

I ordered items from Gap, Old Navy and Athleta in mid-March. Everything showed up except the Athleta piece. When I contacted customer service, they just offered me a refund without even offering to help me place a replacement order instead. I had to do all the work myself and ended up losing a promotional discount. They should have their representatives proactively handle replacements rather than making customers jump through hoops. I'm not in a rush to shop with them again.

I'm obsessed with Old Navy and here's why: the clothing is incredibly comfortable and durable. I throw everything in on delicate and dry it without any issues. Shopping online is super convenient, my orders arrive within days, and most importantly, they finally have great options for plus-size bodies like mine. In the past it was so hard to find anything that actually fit right, but now every single item I order from them fits perfectly. I'm genuinely thrilled with this company!

The maternity starter kits here are absolutely wonderful. I picked up several dresses and tops and they're so nicely made and super comfy. Everything feels high quality and works great for my needs right now.
