Got several expired products in my order, which was really disappointing. The return process turned out to be more complicated than I expected. I'm not planning to shop with them again because of this experience.

My package went to the wrong state and when I contacted their support team, they told me to reach back out after 5 days if I wanted a return or refund. Even worse, they wanted me to provide photos showing the delivery had arrived on their site. This was an incredibly frustrating experience.

Two products had a weird taste to them and when I looked closely at the packaging, I saw the use-by date was 12/2023 but I bought them in April 2025. Are they really selling food that's over a year past its expiration? That's shocking. On the positive side, their support team was helpful because two packages came damaged and they responded fast with immediate refunds. So my advice is to check each product's expiration date carefully when ordering from here.

The delivery person just threw the package on my driveway by the street instead of bringing it to my front door, which is 15 feet away. Why should I pay for something that ends up getting stolen? This was the worst delivery experience I've had.
