I've been buying from this brand for quite a while and actually liked a bunch of their stuff. But lately it's turned into a nightmare. I have an order that never showed up and never got refunded, and their support team has basically ghosted me. When they finally did respond, they suggested I pick a different product instead, even though I never signed up for that subscription in the first place. Recently I got charged again because I missed the cancellation deadline since they stopped sending reminder notifications. I'm crossing my fingers the new order actually arrives. At this point I've shut down all my subscriptions. It's been a really disappointing experience to watch this happen.

I ordered some powder six weeks back and paid good money for it. Nothing ever showed up at my door and I've sent two follow-up emails with zero response. From what I can tell, this is happening to a lot of other people too. Pretty shady situation.

This company stopped responding to customer emails and won't pick up the phone anymore, yet they keep pushing their products. I placed an order back in August and still haven't gotten it by mid-September. The order status just says it's being processed. According to their own website, orders should ship within a day. It's been more than a month now with no resolution.

They took payment for my order and sent an email saying they'd notify me once it ships. That was it. Nothing else ever came through. I followed up twice by email and got no answer at all. This is looking like a straight-up scam to me, and I'm thinking about reporting it.

My card got charged for a subscription that I thought I had already canceled. There was zero communication from them about it. I didn't get an order confirmation, no shipping updates, nothing at all. The only way I found out about the charge was when I checked my bank statement. To make matters worse, even though they took my money, they never actually shipped the product to me. I've tried reaching out via email multiple times and keep getting the same automated response that someone will get back to me. Spoiler alert: nobody ever does. I'd strongly recommend staying away from this company.

The customer service here is absolutely awful. They won't answer phone calls or respond to emails. Once your money is in their hands, you get completely ignored. The only time they respond quickly is before you've actually paid. It's a really frustrating experience overall.
