This company stopped responding to customer emails and won't pick up the phone anymore, yet they keep pushing their products. I placed an order back in August and still haven't gotten it by mid-September. The order status just says it's being processed. According to their own website, orders should ship within a day. It's been more than a month now with no resolution.
