I wasn't really a big Zaxby's person until I tried their new chicken and bacon ranch quesadillas. Now I'm hooked! These are seriously incredible, five stars from me. They've got amazing flavor, the chicken isn't fatty at all, the cheese portion is perfect, and the bacon pieces are quality stuff. I didn't have to pick off any weird ingredients, just clean chicken, cheese, and bacon. Highly recommending them. I really hope they keep these on the menu because I'll definitely keep ordering them. Best quesadilla I've ever had, and I've eaten at a lot of upscale Mexican restaurants. Plus they're not greasy, so you don't feel guilty eating them. I dip mine in sour cream and it's absolutely delicious. They're huge too and fill me up for two meals. I ate half for lunch and saved the rest for dinner. If you grab three cookies with your app points, you're eating twice for cheap.

What happened to maintaining quality standards? The cobb salad I got looked like it should've been tossed out days before they sold it to me. Just careless work. Didn't even need to open the lid to tell it was bad. Maybe taking the time to actually make salads fresh instead of prepping them would save everyone money and cut down on waste. Really disappointed.
This is the second time I've gotten the kickin chicken sandwich and both times there's been so much sauce everywhere that I had to eat it with a fork because the whole plate was swimming in it.

Evans St., stepped up and offered to bring lunch for our whole team during the presidential election. When I told everyone they could pick whatever they wanted, people were genuinely excited about Zaxby's. The food turned out amazing with sandwiches, drinks, sides, and desserts all tasting fantastic. It lifted everyone's spirits after such an intense morning. We grabbed a variety of items and nobody complained about anything. There was actually plenty left over so we enjoyed it again at dinner. Can't thank Amy and her crew enough. We're all really grateful.
Went back to Zaxby's last week and now I remember exactly why I stopped going there. Why does the chicken have this weird tuna-like smell and taste to it? It used to be really good, but now it's just gross. You gotta fix whatever you changed and go back to how it was.
Absolutely fantastic place to eat at. I ordered the four piece tender meal with toast and fries. The tenders came out juicy and crispy, especially when I dipped them in the nuclear sauce which had an amazing kick and tanginess to it. The toast was cooked just right and the fries had wonderful seasoning but really needed a sauce to complete them.
Fantastic food, fantastic pricing, and the staff at the Okeechobee location is fantastic too.
