Skip this company. We've been regular customers at Z Gallerie and even paid for warranty coverage on our couches. When we reached out to customer service, they were incredibly rude and refused to connect us with management. They told us the business went through bankruptcy and couldn't help with our warranty info. We asked if they'd offer any kind of deal on future purchases, but they shut us down immediately. It seems like new management might be pulling the same scam the old owner did. I wouldn't be shocked if the same people are still running things. Avoid them.

I spent years hunting for just the right coffee table, and the Sequoia totally blew my expectations away. It's such an eye catching piece. The delivery got pushed back, but the support team kept checking in with me every couple days and they were always friendly and easy to chat with.
