The ordering process was simple and the gift got there on time so that was good. But I ordered a chocolate heart with a little hammer to break it open. It came with candies, pretzels and other treats inside. The box they shipped it in was way too small. They crammed the heart in sideways and it showed up already smashed and broken open. The gift itself is pretty small for what I paid but I expected that. Since it was a Valentine's present for my husband I was really let down and won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered a birthday gift basket that was three days late with no delivery and no way to contact anyone. No phone number, no live chat, no email option. Never ordering from them again.

Ordered a birthday basket for my fiancé's dog but they sent some cheap basket with zero birthday items in it. When I called they offered me half the money back plus a $15 gift card for a future order. I told them they still had two days and could overnight the correct one. They said they could deliver it three days after the birthday. I demanded my full refund. It feels intentional like they send garbage on purpose, pocket the money, then offer you half back and try to get you to buy again with a $15 card. Don't trust these people.

Fraud and scammers. Don't buy from here. I'm currently on the phone with my bank disputing over $200. I ordered a basket for my sister's birthday and it never came. Stay away from this company.

My elderly aunt sent me a spa basket that was actually the exact same basket from last year. It gave me a terrible rash just like it did the first time. I didn't even open it and they won't accept returns. I'd tell anyone shopping for gifts to stay away from this place. The stuff looks super cheap but the prices aren't cheap at all. They suggested I give it to someone else but I'd be embarrassed to give this low quality basket to anyone. Thanks for ruining my birthday.

Worst experience ever. Don't waste time or money, seriously go somewhere else. I just got home from surgery and days later a family member gets hit by another car on the freeway totaling his new truck with bad injuries. We decided as a family to send him a really nice big basket. I've been doing this kind of thing for our business for 15 years so everyone trusted me to handle it. I placed the order and picked the delivery date but then they changed it a week later and never told me. He still hasn't gotten it. When I used their chat one night after finding out he didn't get it, that was pointless. I spent several hours trying to fix it until 2:30am. The customer service guy was so bad I thought he was a bot until he proved he was real. He promised next day delivery when closing the chat that never happened. He still hasn't received it. This whole thing has created family problems. With all the complaints I see here I'm going to file one too.

I sent my sister a basket but she got one from someone else instead. She had no idea who sent it because the card included was from someone she didn't know. How do I know she got what I paid for? The company won't respond and their chat keeps asking for the same information over and over even though I already provided it. No phone number to call so customer service is basically impossible. I want this fixed but can't reach anyone.

They switched my delivery date without telling me. The date I originally picked got changed to a week after the event I needed the basket for. When I complained, the customer service rep claimed that the new date was what I had selected. I pulled up my order online and it clearly showed the original date I chose, not theirs. Not coming back to them but honestly with all their bad ratings I doubt management cares enough to fix anything.

Ordered a Mother's Day gift for my mother-in-law and when she opened it a name was missing. I clearly remember seeing that name on the preview before I ordered. Called them and was told I'd have to order it again and contact them when the correct one arrived. Did that and was told to call Personalization Mall. Called them but they said they didn't get payment so they couldn't issue a refund and I'd need to contact the basket company again. Called back and got the runaround. The last person said they'd review it to improve their service but no solution. Won't order from them ever again.

The dumbest people work there for sure. A woman calls saying they can't read the delivery address they entered in their system and asks me to look it up. Then she asks if they can change the delivery date like I have a choice about it. She's pushing to deliver the next Friday instead. Makes no sense. They probably bumped my special gift to the back to prioritize Valentine's stuff instead. What kind of company needs your permission to deliver something a day late and just leaves you hanging? Don't use these people. It's ridiculous.

Ordered a gift for my boyfriend to arrive on Valentine's Day and it showed up a full week early which completely ruined the surprise. Awful. Terrible. Completely inept. I ordered a get well basket that never showed up even though they claim it was delivered. I ordered a replacement which also never arrived. Customer service is basically non-existent. Still waiting on my refund and I'm not holding my breath.

This is a scam. They advertise same day or next day delivery but when I asked them to do it they said that wasn't possible.

Delivery was really unreliable. My order was supposed to arrive on December 12th but I got an email on December 21st saying it couldn't be delivered. When I called to cancel, they refused and asked for a different address instead. I provided my home address and they promised it would arrive that same day. It never showed up. After reading all the other complaints about similar issues, I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Got a gift basket with stale old products. Called to complain and the person said she'd send a replacement but their system wouldn't let her so she processed a refund to me instead. That makes zero sense. The buyer gets money back but the person who received the basket is out of luck. Lesson learned don't use this company for gifts.
