It came with candies, pretzels and other treats inside. The box they shipped it in was way too small. They crammed the heart in sideways and it showed up already smashed and broken open. The gift itself is pretty small for what I paid but I expected that. Since it was a Valentine's present for my husband I was really let down and won't be ordering from them again.
Ordered a birthday gift basket that was three days late with no delivery and no way to contact anyone. No phone number, no live chat, no email option. Never ordering from them again.
Ordered a birthday basket for my fiancé's dog but they sent some cheap basket with zero birthday items in it. When I called they offered me half the money back plus a $15 gift card for a future order. I told them they still had two days and could overnight the correct one. They said they could deliver it three days after the birthday. I demanded my full refund. It feels intentional like they send garbage on purpose, pocket the money, then offer you half back and try to get you to buy again with a $15 card. Don't trust these people.

My elderly aunt sent me a spa basket that was actually the exact same basket from last year. It gave me a terrible rash just like it did the first time. Worst experience ever. Don't waste time or money, seriously go somewhere else. I just got home from surgery and days later a family member gets hit by another car on the freeway totaling his new truck with bad injuries. The dumbest people work there for sure. A woman calls saying they can't read the delivery address they entered in their system and asks me to look it up. Then she asks if they can change the delivery date like I have a choice about it. She's pushing to deliver the next Friday instead. Makes no sense. They probably bumped my special gift to the back to prioritize Valentine's stuff instead. What kind of company needs your permission to deliver something a day late and just leaves you hanging? Don't use these people. It's ridiculous.
