About 1Password – Password Manager
1Password is a password manager and digital vault service that helps individuals and businesses securely store and manage their login credentials and sensitive information. Shoppers seek promo codes for 1Password to reduce subscription costs, particularly when signing up for new accounts or renewing their service plans.

Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Check that you have entered the code exactly as shown, including any capital letters or numbers, as codes are case-sensitive.
- Confirm the code has not expired by verifying its valid date range on the offer details.
- Ensure you meet any eligibility requirements, such as being a new customer or selecting a specific plan tier.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try entering the code again, as technical glitches sometimes prevent application.
- Verify the code is intended for your region, as some promotional codes may be limited to specific countries or account types.
- Contact 1Password customer support directly if the code still does not work after trying these steps.
1Password – Password Manager Savings Hacks
New customers often find the best savings by selecting an annual billing cycle rather than monthly, as longer commitments typically receive higher discount rates. Combine this with a new customer promo code for maximum first-year savings.
1Password frequently runs higher discount offers during major shopping events and holidays. Timing your subscription signup around these periods can yield better savings than purchasing during regular months.
If you have multiple users who need password management, 1Password's family or team plans may offer per-person savings compared to multiple individual subscriptions, sometimes with additional promotional discounts available.
Companies and organizations may qualify for dedicated business plan discounts or volume-based pricing that is not available to individual consumers. Contact sales directly to inquire about any enterprise or team-specific offers.
1Password – Password Manager Shipping Policy
As a software and subscription service, 1Password does not involve physical shipping. Your account and digital vault are accessible immediately upon successful payment and account activation.
1Password – Password Manager Returns & Refund Policy
Subscription services typically have specific cancellation and refund policies that vary by billing cycle and account type. Review 1Password's subscription terms and cancellation policy on their website before purchasing, or contact their support team to understand your options if you need to cancel or request a refund.

1Password – Password Manager Reviews
1Password earns strong ratings from long-term users who consistently praise the responsiveness and efficiency of the support team. Customers who have used the service for multiple years report reliable performance and positive experiences. However, a notable segment of reviewers report significant frustrations with outdated documentation, limited human support availability (with AI-only chat support), and functional issues with the secret key feature that prevents device login. Some users have also encountered difficulties with subscription management and cancellation processes.
The divide in satisfaction appears to correlate with user tenure and specific feature usage. Established customers tend to rate the service highly, while newer or occasional users report encountering barriers such as poor documentation and inadequate support options when troubleshooting problems. The recurring mention of outdated guides and AI-only support suggests these may be areas where the service lags relative to user expectations.
This password manager has some real problems. Their tutorial materials are outdated, there's no way to get actual human support through chat (only AI), and the secret key isn't functioning properly, which prevents logging in on new devices. My experience has been really frustrating. I've found better options among the free password managers out there.
This password manager falls short in several ways. The guides are way out of date, you can only chat with an AI bot rather than a real person, and the secret key feature doesn't work properly when trying to sign in on different devices. Had a really disappointing time with it. Honestly, I've had better luck with some of the free alternatives.
Over the last three years, I've had nothing but good experiences. Their support team is dependable and quick to respond.
Been using it for three years now and continuing to have a great time. Their support team is responsive and efficient.
Three years in and I'm still having a wonderful time with this service. The support team is responsive and gets things handled quickly.
1Password was nearly flawless when I started using it years ago, but lately it's been causing me lots of headaches. My biggest frustration came when my card got declined and I tried to cancel, but the cancellation button just wasn't there. Support told me that since my payment failed, I didn't have an active subscription and therefore had nothing to cancel. I asked them to double-check, and they confirmed it. Then somehow they continued charging my card for roughly two weeks straight after that. In the end, I had to let them charge me again so that I could actually go through with cancelling. It makes no sense. If I don't have a subscription, why keep charging me? But if my subscription is still active (as shown by the charges), why can't I cancel it and stop them from charging? Companies that make cancellation this difficult lose my trust. 1Password was once something I couldn't do without, but now I see it as just another company using sketchy methods. I've switched to a competitor that's nearly 75 percent cheaper and has been performing better.
When I first started with 1Password years ago, it was almost flawless. These past couple years though, I've run into constant problems. Things got really bad when my card was rejected and I went to cancel my account, only to find the cancellation option wasn't even available. Customer support said since my card got declined, my subscription was already inactive and there was nothing to cancel. I asked them to verify that and they did confirm it. Yet somehow they kept charging my card for around two weeks after that. Eventually I had to let them charge the card again just to finally cancel everything. This whole situation is completely unacceptable. Why are they trying to charge me if there's no active subscription? And if the subscription actually IS still active (which would explain the charges), then why can't I cancel it? This practice of making cancellations so difficult really changes how I see the company. 1Password used to be something I couldn't live without, but now I see it like any other company using shady tactics. I'm much happier with an alternative that costs nearly 75 percent less and is working better.
The 1Password extension is really poorly designed. Avoid it if you can. It's frustrating to use and delivers a terrible experience every single time.
I've been happy with 1Password for quite a while and really like how secure and easy it is to use. The problem came up when I wanted to get 1Password Families so my parents could share passwords with me. The big issue is there's no support for Norwegian language. My parents are older and struggle with English-language apps and services. I help them out a lot with their tech, but without Norwegian language options, it's harder for them to work with 1Password on their own. This feature would really help them manage their passwords better and more safely. Otherwise 1Password is fantastic, but I'm now looking at Proton Pass Family instead because it has Norwegian language support. I'd definitely stick with 1Password if they added more language options. Fingers crossed they'll make this happen someday.
I've really enjoyed using 1Password over the years. Then last night after 11 PM I found out just how great their tech support team is. I sent them an email with a question and got a thorough, helpful response back within an hour. Throughout the night they answered my follow-up questions with extra details and understanding to help me learn more about the different 1Password features. By morning, my problem was completely fixed. This is the best customer support experience I've had.
I was having trouble accessing my account after getting a new phone because my two-factor authentication app wasn't synced. I emailed the support team and they sent me some helpful advice. They were also receptive when I suggested some ways they could make their setup instructions clearer.
I've been using 1Password for many years now. The quality of service has stayed consistently excellent, even as they've grown. They know their stuff, work efficiently, really focus on what you're asking about, and stick with it until everything is resolved. In today's world with all the data breach concerns, it's reassuring to work with a company that genuinely looks out for you, especially when it comes to sensitive information like passwords.
I had trouble with payments on my Android device and the support team fixed it right away. They were respectful the whole time and walked me through everything in one go.
