They fed me the same generic response and it wasn't accurate. Here's what I sent them in my final message: Subject: Request for Full Refund - Ongoing Order Issues. Dear Maniology, I'm really frustrated with how my order was managed. After long delays and a supposed hazmat problem that turned out to be untrue, my package got lost. Now I'm being told things are out of stock. This has been very annoying and I'm not confident you can complete this order anymore. I need a full refund for everything right now and confirmation once you process it. I have to say it, but this company deserves some looking into. Sharing this so others in my situation know what to watch for with Maniology. Sorry to say.
On 10/3 my card got charged and I've been a long-time customer but then I realized I never got my package. I went online and saw the shipment was coming from somewhere I didn't expect. Since I prefer shorter nails and don't wear extensions, I found the stamping to be surprisingly simple and practical. I love that the polish is so versatile you can even wear it alone as a base color! Even with my shorter nails everything looked great, though I bet it would be even more stunning with longer nails.
