Lolablankets Reviews
Lolablankets has a mixed track record based on customer feedback. Two reviewers praised the product quality, noting that the blankets feel amazing and are well-made, with one also commending the team's customer service. However, one shopper reported a significant fulfillment problem: after ordering a blanket, they received a tracking number indicating shipment, but the item never actually left the warehouse. The customer's attempts to get clarification resulted in vague excuses about shipping delays, leaving them frustrated and unable to resolve the issue.
The brand's main strength appears to be product quality, but reliable order fulfillment and responsive customer service represent areas of concern based on available reviews. Potential customers should be aware of the possibility of shipping delays and difficulty obtaining clear communication if problems arise.
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I ordered a blanket about a month back and things went downhill fast. Two weeks in they told me it shipped and gave me a tracking number, but nothing ever actually left their warehouse. When I tried reaching out to ask what's going on, all I got were vague excuses about shipping delays. I figured at that point I'd just ask for my money back since the thing never shipped. Their response? They said it was too late in the process for a refund even though the package never went anywhere. Every time I emailed them back I just got the same generic copy paste responses that didn't actually address what I was saying. Pretty frustrating experience overall - definitely steer clear.
Lola Blankets are honestly the best. There's something really nice about wrapping yourself up in one of these blankets - it just feels amazing.
