Got the M1 Pro with its weight stack plus the Gazelle Leg Press and Hack Squat combo, and both fit perfectly in my two car garage. They're both really well designed and function beautifully. Assembly was genuinely enjoyable with crystal clear instructions. Every component and bolt looks fresh and pristine, everything aligns perfectly. The cable system glides smoothly and the pulleys work throughout the full range. The Gazelle is fantastic! The combo of weights and resistance bands is genius. It goes from light to heavy, so anyone in the family can get a workout. It slides like a dream and feels super sturdy. There's really no reason to look elsewhere when these deliver more than enough options for years. Really happy. I did make one small tweak myself, switching out two bolts with longer ones on the smith bar to accommodate overhead lifting better since you could hit your head if you're around 5'10".
The packaging and instructions made assembly super simple, way better than other machines I've bought. The equipment performs great and everyone in my family uses it, including my youngest. I've tested it with 700 pounds on leg press and it runs really smoothly.
Great machine, but it has a few quirks. The compact footprint is impressive, showing real thought about space constraints in home gyms. I didn't catch at first that you can load several hundred pounds on the bottom section. The top bar comes right off to make things even smaller. I joke that it's my cockpit because there's barely enough room for me where I need it and nothing wasted. As a 6'3" 300 pound guy, I fit fine. I pushed 700 pounds on leg press and no issues. Going heavier next. There's a little bit of bounce when you rack it but it feels safe. The padding is comfy. The leg plate could be wider for leg press in my opinion, might just bolt on an extra plate myself. Assembly was mostly straightforward. One hole didn't line up perfectly and I had to file it a bit, but otherwise no problems. Definitely need two people though, maybe even more. I had four and it took about an hour. Overall super comfy and switching between leg press and hack squat is really simple. It's genuinely impressive because it does so much, takes minimal space, handles tons of weight, and the price is right. A machine that covers multiple exercises, barely takes up room, has a huge weight capacity, and won't break the bank is a huge win.
I can't recommend avoiding RitFit strongly enough. The whole experience was a nightmare from beginning to end. I ordered a bench that was supposed to arrive on a specific Monday. It not only missed that deadline, but sat in my region for over two days with zero updates. After waiting more than a week for something that was already late, they said delivery was unlikely. Their customer service response was pathetic. They threw a measly $20 partial refund at me like that somehow fixes a wasted week and complete silence. They made zero effort to actually fix the shipping problem or speed things up. When I finally cancelled, they wanted another 48 to 72 hours after receiving the product back before they'd even start processing my money back. It's like they're using their own shipping mess to hold onto my cash. Find literally anywhere else to shop.

The actual equipment itself is fine overall. I've worked in fitness for over 25 years and purchased tons of machines. RitFit's price to quality ratio is solid, good pricing on decent gear. My issue is with quality control during manufacturing or packing for shipment. Nearly everything arrived with damage like scratches, dents, and bent parts. I sent photos to RitFit showing the damage but haven't gotten any response. I'm really let down about getting brand new equipment that showed up damaged, plus the customer service has been slow to answer.
