Someone gave me a Naked Cashmere item as a gift and I wanted to exchange it for a different size. More than three months later they shipped back the exact same item instead of what I requested. The next day they claim it's back in stock so I reorder and the exact same thing happens. It took forever to finally get my money back. Steer clear of this place.
