I visited Bahia Principe Tenerife and had a reasonably pleasant stay with lots of activities for my daughter, making our family getaway fun. The property itself is lovely and offers entertainment options for all ages. My main frustration was that all three specialty restaurants had no availability for the entire duration of my visit, so we ended up eating at the main buffet every single evening. When I checked in and asked about reservations, I was informed they were booked solid. I mentioned we'd just arrived, but the receptionist explained guests use an app to book ahead. For guests unfamiliar with this system or staying for the first time, that feels exclusionary. The young receptionist came across as somewhat dismissive and condescending toward me. While the property is attractive, the cost doesn't feel justified for what you're getting. There are also numerous add-ons that cost extra, like paying additional fees for multiple shows.

My time at the Sian Ka'An luxury resort had some really high points but also some concerning ones. Our suite featured a beautiful private rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, neither hot nor warm water was available to fill the spa tub, so we ended up using it as a spot to catch some breeze instead. The room decor felt outdated, and the bathroom would have benefited from dual sinks rather than just one. The kitchenette was cramped and the coffee equipment wasn't great. The biggest problem was getting food poisoning from salmonella that took over two months to recover from after returning home. I was also worried about the return transportation through the shuttle service. While the ride there was excellent in a newer vehicle, the trip back was in a clunker that blew a tire, and I realized every tire was missing bolts, which was really concerning. We still made it to the airport eventually, but too late to secure our seat upgrades.

This is a really solid resort with a well-organized layout that makes it easy to navigate the facilities, dining spots, and main areas. The food and beverage selections are excellent quality with plenty to choose from. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and we'd recommend it to others!

The San Felipe in Puerto de la Cruz is somewhere we've come back to visit on multiple occasions, which really says something about how much we love it. One big reason is the warmth and professionalism of the staff - they're genuinely excellent. The setting is fantastic too, and we always book with an ocean view, which sits practically across the street from the property. It's a pleasant walk into the town center, perfect for an evening stroll along the waterfront when the air is warm.

What a stunning resort with great upkeep. The place is spotless and maintained beautifully throughout. There's a fantastic variety of activities that everyone can enjoy.

Cayo Levantado Resort blew our expectations completely out of the water. Every single request we made was handled, even the unusual ones like personalized meal preferences. The staff showed incredible attention and authentic hospitality that made everything feel special. Yohany and the Manaya-Senda crew provided outstanding service. Vladimir at Carey was so accommodating and even helped arrange custom meals. Luis Alberto made sure everything was perfect at every turn. Jazquier provided excellent service as a waiter. Our driver Jhen brought so much joy to every trip with genuine enthusiasm. Victor was consistently excellent throughout the dining venues. Mariela and Emmanuella, our coordinators, exceeded all expectations by keeping us informed of activities and handling reservations seamlessly. Jefris, the manager, made us feel truly welcome and even made certain we got passion fruit at meals. Ivan and Jose made some of the most inventive and tasty alcohol-free cocktails, really understanding our preferences. Edili at El Conuco was knowledgeable about the resort's environmental programs and shared fascinating information about nature. Florangel at Yubarta provided a wonderful sound healing experience that was deeply relaxing.

Fantastic resort with nothing I'd change. Everything was executed perfectly. I'd strongly suggest it to anyone!

The entire staff team does an excellent job here. Special shout-out to the entertainment crew including Roxana, Mickey, and a few other team members who absolutely went above and beyond. They were incredibly warm and made my trip so much fun! The meals were outstanding too.

We keep coming back to Bahia Principe because it's consistently excellent. The greenery throughout the property is gorgeous, food tastes amazing, and lounging by the pools is pure relaxation. The facility sparkles and everyone on staff is genuinely helpful. Having explored resorts in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, we always hate leaving this place. Can't thank you enough!

We've stayed at quite a few resorts over the years, and Bahia Principe consistently ranks at the top of our list! The landscaping is stunning, the culinary offerings are delicious, and the pool areas are super relaxing. Everything feels pristine and the team is incredibly attentive. We've visited properties in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, but we always find ourselves wishing we could stay longer at this one. Truly exceptional!

Our Christmas stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville was wonderful. The holiday dinner celebration was outstanding. The meals throughout the day are consistently good with nice variety at all times. Our room gave us plenty of space. The beach is wonderful for swimming. The team members were kind and went the extra mile for us. We'll definitely come back!

What a fantastic hotel experience! After two weeks in their luxury accommodations, we can say the people were incredible - constantly smiling and ready to help. Tons of dining venues and the food is seriously delicious. The spaces are clean, polished, and elegant. We have zero complaints whatsoever and genuinely believe it deserves its five-star standing. The service here was fantastic - the staff really goes out of their way to take care of guests. Since I was celebrating a birthday, they surprised me with a banner on my door and a cake in the room! That thoughtful touch really made my day special. The food was delicious, our space was impeccably maintained, and the team was absolutely wonderful. The landscaping throughout is gorgeous and meticulously cared for. I left feeling genuinely impressed and will absolutely tell others about this place! My husband was visiting out of state for the first time, and he still talks nonstop about how amazing our trip was!
