I've been ordering from Zoot since starting triathlons back in 1984, and the quality of their gear has always been solid. Unfortunately, everything else about doing business with them has gotten worse. They're constantly pushing discount codes through email, but when you try to use them at checkout you get an error saying the code's already been maxed out. Last month I wanted to grab six items and one wasn't available, so I had to put together two separate orders. The one smaller order didn't qualify for free shipping, which meant extra costs. Zoot didn't even bother offering to notify me when the item came back in stock. On top of that, their customer service reps are always short with you and don't really solve anything. After each conversation I feel more frustrated. I'm clearly not valued as a long-time customer. One more thing: I've asked multiple times to have them delete my payment info from their system, but they keep it stored anyway, which is pretty irresponsible from a security standpoint.

What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a complete disaster. I placed an order for a trisuit early in December and waited a week before UPS created the shipping label. Another two weeks went by with zero tracking updates. When I reached out to both UPS and Zoot, they just told me to wait it out. Then I got the news that my order had arrived damaged and been thrown away. I emailed Zoot support and heard nothing back for ten days, despite sending multiple follow-ups asking for any kind of information. Frustrated and worried I'd been ripped off, I sent a message to customer service and the CEO stating I'd initiate a chargeback unless I heard back within 72 hours. Suddenly they replied within five minutes promising a refund. I'm extremely disappointed in how this was handled and will never order from them again. I'd advise others to shop elsewhere.

Really impressed with how quickly Zoot got my order processed and shipped to me, especially given how backed up things have been lately. The products arrived in great condition and the quality is fantastic, just like I've come to expect. I've been buying their stuff for years and haven't had any problems. I'd definitely recommend checking them out for your gear needs.

I used to defend Zoot Sports even when friends complained about them. Since their products worked well for me, I stayed loyal. But my latest customer service experience completely changed my mind. It felt like dealing with an insurance company where everything's smooth sailing until you actually need to file a claim. When I actually needed help, their first response was rude and unhelpful, and then they just ghosted me. That's not how you treat customers. I won't be buying their clothes anymore. They've shown that they don't care about standing behind their products or customers.

Think twice before ordering from Zoot. I bought a tri suit that didn't fit right when it showed up, even though I checked their sizing guide. I reached out asking for an exchange or return, but they refused everything. According to them, once you've tried something on it's automatically considered worn. Now I'm stuck with a $350 piece of gear I can't wear. Their return policy is really customer unfriendly.
