Bought a lip butter from a major retailer. The brand won't let my negative review go through. I got an email basically telling me they don't believe what I'm saying, but they'd send me another one anyway. I don't want a replacement. I want them to show honest reviews of their actual products instead of hiding the real feedback. They blamed me and acted like I was making stuff up even though I paid good money for this product. The weird part is only 6 reviews are visible on this butter and they're all positive, which seems suspicious. What other reviews aren't they posting and why are they treating customers who spent their own money like we're liars? Maybe your product just has problems. I opened it less than 5 minutes after leaving the store and it already leaked everywhere. I tossed it. Really disappointed. Unfollowed them and the celebrity who's connected to the brand too.

I ordered about $100 worth of stuff directly from their site: Look Alive Brightening Eye Cream, On Your Mark Dot & Line Dual-Ended Liquid Eyeliner, What's My Line Longwear Eyeliner in Black, Claw Hair Clip Set, Glow All About It, Flo Stickers Wonderland edition, Mills Golden Sparkle Bag, Plump to It Hydrating Facial Moisturizer Sample, and See Ya Later Bi-Phase Eye Makeup Remover. The eyeliner arrived completely broken. I contacted customer service right away and sent them a photo like they asked. Then they wanted another picture with the lot number visible, except they gave me wrong directions on where to find it. I sent another pic with what I thought was the lot number and then nothing happened. A week later I emailed again and still got no response. Plus I traveled with that sparkle bag overnight and the zipper snapped after using it just one time!

This company is straight up dishonest. I ordered from outside the US and my package never showed up. They told me it got sent back to their warehouse and that I'd get my money back. It's been months and I haven't seen a dime. They've stopped answering my emails too. This is unacceptable.

If I could give zero stars I would. How do bigger retailers even carry this brand? This online store is a total mess. There's basically no customer service, nobody responds to anything, and you can't actually talk to a real human. Skip ordering from here. I bought something on December 7th and heard nothing, nothing was shipped, and their phone line is fake. I ended up filing a dispute with my card company. Don't shop here. Update: After sending a bunch of emails about where my order was and calling that useless phone number with the robotic message, my card company gave me my money back. Then on December 24th, I got 3 out of 7 items. No email from them at that point. Then December 26th they email me saying they see my order was delivered and thanks for shopping. Are you kidding? I replied about their lack of response, getting only half my stuff, and the fact that my card company already reimbursed me, so honestly I don't even want their products anymore but whatever.

Stay away from ordering here. Your package won't ship in the timeframe they promise and if you try to reach out, they won't get back to you within their stated window. They said 3 to 5 business days and 24 to 48 hours for responses but that's not what happens. I was trying to give this as a Christmas gift too, but that didn't work out. I had to dispute the charge because I couldn't even get someone to help me cancel the order.

It's really unfortunate because I ordered stuff for my daughter who's such a huge fan of the celebrity behind this brand. The customer service is just awful. They claim they'll get back to you in 2 days but they don't. We probably won't get our items by Christmas now. I'm really let down. You'd think since it's the celebrity's name on this company, she'd make sure the customer service is better, especially because so many kids want to buy from her brand!

Straight up scammers and crooks, no question about it. My 12-year-old asked for some of their pricey makeup stuff. Turns out these people held onto our credit card info and started shipping us products we never ordered! Be really careful with these folks. You should definitely avoid them.

Hands down the worst customer experience I've had in a long time. I bought something from outside the US about 3 months back. After waiting a month, the tracking showed it was delivered somewhere it shouldn't have been. The customer service team kept saying it would arrive eventually. When I asked for a refund, they said they had to wait for the item to get back to their warehouse. Here I am still waiting. Their customer support is completely lacking in professionalism. You honestly wouldn't want me to recommend them to someone I don't even like.

I've had nothing but problems trying to buy from their website. My first order got cancelled and they told me my billing and shipping addresses didn't match, which was weird. I fixed that and tried again, but they cancelled the second order too claiming I had a VPN running on my connection. Since when is that not allowed? It's frustrating because a lot of people use VPNs these days. I'd really recommend thinking carefully before you put in an order with them.

Never received my order and no refund. Customer service was completely unhelpful. I asked if I could talk to someone on the phone directly, but they only wanted to communicate through email and their tone was dismissive and unprofessional. Don't get me wrong, my daughter and I absolutely adore the celebrity behind these products and we've bought a ton of stuff over time. But the way they handled this situation was so bad that I'm done shopping there. Really disappointed in how this company operates.

Florence is actually incredible! Everything I've bought here works amazingly and doesn't cause any irritation to my skin. I'm obsessed with all the products. They're genuinely good and super gentle on your face. Hands down the best skincare I've tried. I'm telling everyone to give it a shot because it leaves your skin looking radiant and feeling soft. Seriously love it!

I got to try the No Drama Leave-In Detangling Spray as part of their product testing program, and I've got to say it really does the job! My hair tends to get knotted up, and I have thick hair naturally, so it can be pretty tricky to manage. This product worked great and I'm definitely going to keep using it. I keep seeing all these negative reviews but honestly Florence is actually amazing! I spend hundreds of dollars on their stuff every single year and it's fantastic. For me it only takes about 2 weeks to get here. Love it!
