redbarn.com Savings Hacks
Pet food and supplies purchased on a regular schedule are ideal for auto-delivery or subscription programs. Check whether Red Barn offers subscription discounts and whether those discounts can be combined with seasonal coupon codes to maximize savings over time.
Non-perishable pet supplies like toys, bedding, and treats are good candidates for bulk purchases. Monitor RetailCoupons.com for rotating deals and plan larger orders during promotional windows to stock up at a lower per-unit cost.
Retailers typically run significant promotions around major holidays, and pet retailers are no exception. Set a reminder to check RetailCoupons.com ahead of major shopping events to catch limited-time offers on pet care essentials.
Many pet retailers offer exclusive member discounts or email-only promotions. Verify whether Red Barn has a loyalty program that might provide additional savings beyond the codes listed on RetailCoupons.com.

redbarn.com Reviews
Redbarn receives sharply divided feedback, with most reviewers expressing serious concerns while a small number report satisfied pets. The primary complaints center on product safety, specifically contaminated bully sticks causing illness and bacterial infections requiring veterinary care, as well as delivery and customer service failures. Shoppers also report frustration with website errors and poor handling of refunds or order corrections, with one reviewer citing an unsigned blame-shifting email from the company. The small percentage of positive reviews praise the nutritional quality of the food and its effectiveness for training and pet health.
Prospective customers should weigh the recurring safety and service issues heavily when considering this brand. The pattern of complaints about contaminated products and unresponsive customer support suggests systemic problems rather than isolated incidents.
My pup got sick after eating one of their bully sticks and threw up shortly after. We ended up having to rush him to urgent care where they found he had a bacterial infection. I looked into it further and discovered that Redbarn has had ongoing issues with contaminated bully sticks. Would definitely recommend staying away from this brand and finding something safer for your dog.
Disappointed with how they bungled my delivery. They said they'd get the food to me right away so my dogs wouldn't run out, but that didn't happen. When I called to complain, they kept trying to pin the blame on UPS. I told them that if they had done their part correctly from the beginning, there wouldn't have been any delay in the first place. They never own up to problems or try to make things right with customers. All they offered was an $11 refund, which barely covers anything after the stress, multiple phone calls, and the time I wasted hunting down stores that stock their brand. Very poor customer service.
Really disappointed with how they handled my situation. I put in an order using a 40% off coupon for a single bag, but since I always get multiple bags to reach free shipping, their website applied the discount to all of them. The company then canceled my order, which I get. But then they sent me an unsigned email blaming ME for THEIR website error! The message said I violated the terms by having the discount applied to more than one bag. How am I supposed to order two bags to qualify for free shipping when their own site automatically discounts everything? This is absolutely unacceptable. After being a loyal customer for three years, I'm switching to a different brand.
