If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a terrible service. I purchased a 12 month railcard through them and they removed it from my account without permission, 5 months before it was set to expire, and they never explained why. Their support team was unhelpful and kept passing me around in circles, refusing to acknowledge that the railcard disappeared or accept any responsibility, even when I showed them proof of my purchase multiple times. They seem unwilling to genuinely assist and appear to be intentionally unhelpful, probably betting you'll just give up. I had to get a new railcard elsewhere and I'll never come back. What's really unacceptable is that even after deleting my railcard, they couldn't restore it or provide a replacement to cover the remaining months on my original one. This company is terrible and should be avoided completely.

It's fantastic, and honestly, if someone like me with my challenges can figure it out, anyone can! The one thing I'd improve is having an option to request specific seating, like wheelchair accessible spaces. Also, the choice between e-tickets and station pickup could be more obvious because I keep ending up having to get my tickets at the station, which adds stress. When I pick a route, I want that route, but my last booking unexpectedly changed my connection point from Oxford to Reading with no warning, and I nearly didn't know how I'd manage getting on and off. It's miles ahead of that other train booking service, and there are no extra charges, which is a huge win.
